Fantastic home and location! It’s right at the top of Costa Verde resort, far enough away from the main road to be quiet at night. Great view. The back porch was my favorite place to sit in the evenings and just hear the sounds of the jungle critters coming out. Also the toucans would fly around in the evening and when the squirrel monkeys were also in the same tree it was entertaining to watch them fight for space. The home was very clean, AC worked great, and owner was responsive to any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come again! Pura Vida!

A cute little apartment with a beautiful view! The beach (15-20 min walking) and hotel reception (8 minute walking) were a bit of a trek to walk to but the hotel offered a shuttle that was easy to request and quick to arrive so it wasn’t an issue. Also Ubers were cheap and readily available! Would recommend this place!

Le logement est situé dans le complexe hôtelier Costa Verde. Le balcon était très grand et la vue du est magnifique. À quelques pas de bons restaurants. Les piscines étaient propres et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

our stay at Shannon + Kenneth's was magical. the surroundings were beautiful - with an ocean view and plenty of animals for our entertainment. our accommodations felt private while also accessible to the restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. the apartment was clean, bug-free, with lots of space for my friend and I to enjoy our stay. check-in/check-out was so easy, and the amenities to the many pools, and stunning views were the icing on the cake! I would stay there again in a heartbeat <3

Everything was incredible!! Beautiful property and beautiful views. We were joined in the morning by squirrel monkeys on the patio 🥰

Magnifique, avec vue sur la forêt tropicale et l’océan pacifique. On se sent seuls au monde. Les singes écureuils sont venus nous rendre visites et jouer sur notre toit à plusieurs reprises. Le parc est splendide et les piscines agréables. Le ménage était soigné. Je recommande.

Just awesome. Wish we could give ten stars! The location and property are perfect for anything you want to do near Manuel Antonio. Minutes to the National spark and beach and lots of walkable food choices. And if you’re looking for animal adventures you don’t even have to leave the room. Other reviews talked about seeing animals but our visit was crazy. Capuchin monkeys in the morning, squirrel monkeys with babies in the afternoon, agoutis, macaws , toucans every day. The shining star was a sloth by the pool. Mind blowing for us anyway. Don’t hesitate to book this location. It was fantastic.

Had a wonderful time during our stay! The pools were lovely especially the one in the adult area. The unit is very spacious and we loved the incredible view and large balcony. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well with a good selection of food options! Would definitely return!

This was right at the top of Costa Verde resort area. Bonus is it’s close to restaurants and shops. Negative is a hike down and up to beach and Manual Antonio park. However there is a bus that does around the route regularly which is v cheap. Swimming pool exceeded expectations - especially when a load of monkeys turned up for a drink. El Avian was brill and v close restaurant. Outside bath was brilliant and balcony view stunning. Some noise from the road but not bad. Big room.
