Since they force me to have them buy the supplies when you hire the cook service, I didn't like it anymore. And on the 2nd, we requested the service and the purchase of groceries since we had just arrived the previous afternoon. They charged me approximately $5,000 when the supermarket receipt was for approximately $3,000. Unacceptable situation. And that they force them to buy the supplies and charge a commission, also unacceptable. Cars are picked up by the development's staff and taken to the parking lot. Well, on the last day, my daughter needed the key fob for the car and a T-shirt, which is also an unacceptable situation. The cook was not very friendly.

Desde que me obligan a que ellos compran los insumos cuando uno contrata el servicio de cocinera, ya no me pareció. Y el día 2 solicitamos el servicio y la compra de insumos ya que acabamos de llegar la tarde anterior, me cobraron aprox $5000 cuando el ticket del super era por aprox $3000. Situación inaceptable. Y que obliguen a ellos comprar los insumos y cobran comisión, también inaceptable. Los autos los recoge personal del desarrollo para llevarlos al estacionamiento. Pues el ultimo día a mi hija le hizo falta el llavero de las llaves el auto y una franela, situación también inaceptable. La cocinera poco amable.

Regarding the cooking service and the purchase of groceries, we fully understand your concern. The purchase was made at your request in order to provide the cooking service the day after your arrival. However, the supermarket order did not arrive complete, so the final amount on the receipt was lower, since not all the requested products were delivered. Regarding the valet parking service, we would like to clarify that the staff responsible for picking up and taking vehicles to the parking lot are part of the development team and are not part of our staff. However, we're very sorry about what happened. We take this comment very seriously and will contact the appropriate staff to find out what happened and follow up on the situation. Very good experience. The apartment has everything shown online. It is very conveniently located and has all the amenities.

The apartment is super large and spacious! The private pool is a big plus, and the amenities are very nice. We really liked the apartment! Only when we arrived, the AC, the refrigerator and the hood/fan weren't working. That day the air conditioning and the refrigerator were fixed, but it took many hours. The master bathroom has been leaking water for the last few days. I imagine it's something that will surely be resolved quickly. I would definitely come back. It's very nice.

El departamento está súper grande y espacioso! La alberca privada es un gran plus, y las amenidades están muy bonitas. Nos gustó mucho el depa ! Solo que cuando llegamos no servía el AC , el refrigerador y la campana / extractor. Ese día se arregló el aire acondicionado y el refri pero pasaron muchas horas. Al baño principal se le salía el agua los últimos días. Imagino es algo que seguro se resuelve rápidamente. Regresaría definitivo , está muy bonito.

The place is very nice, it matches the photos, it is very quiet, we were able to rest very comfortably. I highly recommend it.

Great place! Spacious, comfortable, and clean spaces. Clean, warm pools. Small beach area, but with a beautiful view and very quiet, without much surf, although the water depth varies. Also, if you need help, Ms. Mirtha (the housekeeper) is very attentive and helpful.

Excelente lugar! Espacios amplios, cómodos y limpios. Albercas limpias y templadas. Área de playa pequeña, pero con vista hermosa y muy tranquila, sin mucho oleaje, aunque de profundidad variable. Además, en caso de requerir ayuda, Sra. Mirtha (ama de llaves), muy atenta y servicial.

it is very secluded but that's what we were looking for. it's great being on the main floor so we could walk out the patio to all the pools and private beach. TIDE POOLS for the win for kiddos! there were only a few other families there so it was like each family had their own pool (not including the one that came with the unit). only snag was that the private pool heater did not work and the pool was not lit at night. hire mirta to cook, she was superb!!!!

Everything was excellent, the apartment is very beautiful, I would only add another type of pillows that were softer.
