The beach house with direct access to the ocean is located in the center of the original fishing village, where you can still experience the authentic Nicaragua. The kilometer-long beach offers great opportunities for surfing, swimming and fishing. You can experience tranquillity and wonderful sunsets, organize outdoor activities or enjoy delicious food and live music in bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Shopping is available directly opposite at a small store or in León, 20 km away. The space The house has two bedrooms on the first floor with queen-size beds and access to the bathroom directly opposite the rooms. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a large inviting balcony overlooking the sea. Each room has a mosquito net and fan and there is good WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people, there is a coffee machine and a blender, and there is a barbecue behind the house. There are books for relaxing in the hammocks and we also have games available. Directly opposite of the house is a small store for daily needs, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The bus to Poneloya and León also passes right in front of the house, making a city trip to enchanting León quick and easy. If you are traveling with your own vehicle, you can park it on the property. In the nearby surf stores, you can rent surfboards or take lessons and organize outdoor activities, e.g. go to the “Juan Venado” nature reserve, rent kayaks or go horseback riding on the beach. Guest access You rent the entire house for your sole use. It always includes the master bedroom and, depending on the number of guests, one or both bedrooms on the first floor.
