I've stayed in many condos in San Jose, and this one is right at the top of the list. ON the beach, ocean views don't get better, and it's a fully-equipped, roomy, clean, classy home with absolutely everything you could ever need. After one trip to the grocery store, I didn't leave the condo for my entire trip.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The location right on the surf break was incredible and the pool was beautiful. The condo is wonderfully appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel right at home. Was the perfect size for our family of 3, with two nice sized bedrooms. It helped that Pescadito Break restaurant was a short walk down the beach and the House of Pancakes was a short walk across the street. Both were exceptional!

Mauricio’s place was great! Clean comfortable and well decorated. We’ve stayed at several condos in Las Olas. This was definitely top of the list. I’m sure we will be back!

We loved watching the sunrise and the whales from the balcony each morning! We walked along the beach to local restaurants, and my son went surfing at the beach out our back door. The pool is wonderful and everyone is very chill. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was the noise from the constant traffic. It was not as noticeable from the balcony/poolside, but very noticeable from the bedrooms. There’s not much Mauricio can do to control that, but it is worth noting. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Mauricio is super easy to communicate with and very accommodating!
