Acceso a la playa
La playa frente a la propiedad se ha visto afectada por la erosión causada por el cambio climático y no es adecuada para nadar ni para actividades recreativas. Sin embargo, ofrece vistas pintorescas de los botes pesqueros locales y de Cozumel.
Dependiendo de las condiciones climáticas globales, especialmente entre mayo y agosto, puede haber sargazo o no.

Excellent place. The house looks exactly like the pictures, the kitchen is nice and clean, the rooms are so clean and perfect for any age and there’s everything you would need. It’s very easy to get in too! And not to mention, the view is incredible! Especially the top floor with the pool and the tanning beds!🤩 It is also in such an amazing part of the city, close to restaurants, stores, and the beach! We loved our stay here and we recommend it so much to everyone that is looking for an amazing house!

We just returned home from a wonderful week in Playa del Carmen. We went with four of our adult children. The condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the ocean view, rooftop patio and pool and the walking proximity to beaches, shopping and some amazing restaurants. Despite it’s proximity to the activity hub, the condo was quiet in the evening. Our host Albino was very helpful arranging transportation and excursions, as well as giving restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this location and Zama Homes.

Had a great stay here! The house was pristine when we arrived and the location is very walkable with restaurants, clubs, and shops right up the road. The rooftop terrace, 1st floor balcony, and private beach entrance provide great photo opportunities and the public beach was only a short walk away. The complex was also very secure with a security guard and locked gate requiring a code at night. Hosts were communicative and helpful in booking transport to and from the airport and had plenty of local recommendations for us as well. Do note that the hot tub listed under amenities is referring to a hot tub jacuzzi in the master bedroom, not the rooftop pool which is an unheated plunge pool. Otherwise, everything was as listed and pictured in the photos. Definitely a great choice for a group who wants to travel in style, get great pictures, and be close to where everything is happening!

My group enjoyed staying at this property from Zamá Homes. The location was convenient to local attractions, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. yet still private enough to have peaceful rest during the evenings to recharge. We also appreciated the host helping coordinate private transportation to/from our all-day excursion in Tulum. Overall, this property is well worth it and the host(s) were hospitable and professional.

We enjoyed the space. It was right downtown close to night life and the famous 5th ave. The music was quite loud at night. It was also easily walkable to beaches on either side and they had some chairs and an umbrella we were able to use which was great! Great views from the balcony but very small. We wished they had an actual table and chairs instead of coffee tables. Although the host was very responsive and did send maintenance to help with a few issues we still had a sewage odor from the main floor bathroom. The sink did have a leak but they came and fixed it pretty quick. We had issues with the automatic shades in the main bedroom. They would get stick up which was miserable in the morning or stuck down which made us miss the views. The roof is beautiful but one chair was broke and the steps up there are very narrow. The only other things is they only gave us each one towel for our stay and the blankets on the bed were very thin.

Awesome apartment on the beach very close to 5th avenue with lots of bars and restaurants. The rooftop space was excellent over looking the sea. It was amazing waking up every morning with the sun rise. The host was fantastic and responded immediately anytime whenever we needed. Defo recommend this place 100%
