The Space
Casa Siete Cielos is the newest addition to the Zindis collection. Its name means “Seven Skies,” reflecting the villa’s position above the coastline and its design, which embraces the horizon, ocean breeze, and changing colors of Playas del Coco Bay.
This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home combines minimalist architecture with warm, comfortable living spaces and accommodates up to 12 guests.
Large glass walls and open interiors bring the ocean and sky into every room. An infinity-edge pool and expansive terraces create an inviting setting for days filled with sunlight and tranquility.
Inside, a neutral palette of wood, stone, and glass complements the villa’s modern simplicity. The living and dining areas connect naturally with the kitchen and terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

We stayed at this property for my wife’s 50th birthday and it was everything we had hoped for. The house is beautiful, well maintained and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The best part of this home is definitely the view from the patio/pool to the ocean. No one got tired of this view. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit which was great for each couple, the kitchen and living area is very open with high ceilings bringing a lot of light in. Bedrooms were perfect as well. Many of us can see ourselves staying at this property again in the future, it is that beautiful.

The house was unbelievable! It is located on a hill right above town. The view from the pool is spectacular! The house also great amenities for kids and families. The beach is about 15 minute walk down the hill. Javier, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Their team makes the stay easy. We had a party of 13 people, including kids, and we had no trouble getting around, seeing sights, and booking tours because the service was so impeccable. Pros Views! Clean Spacious Responsive host team Cons WIFI is weak and does not cover the entire house The water went off and on one of the days but was quickly fixed by the house manager. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay here was incredible overall. Some things to note: finding the check in location was a little difficult, and the drive up to the house is extremely steep and curvy. We really struggled with the driveway due to how steep the hill is even with 4 wheel drive SUV’s, but the view you get is worth it. The washing machine does not work properly and I wish the hot/cold water was labelled but otherwise our stay was fantastic! The house is exactly like the photos, and Zindi’s was extremely responsive with any questions we had.

The place was beautiful! Mostly how described, a couple different descriptions on number of bathrooms but not an issue. It has a beautiful view and the pool was amazing! Did have an issue with water leaking from the dishwasher/sink area but the host was responsive and checked it out, maintenance did come while we were there but was going to check it out. We had groceries delivered ahead of time which was very helpful. Coco Beach is s cool town with many things to do and see. The Mercado was nice for groceries and great to have our own kitchen to cook several of the nights we were there. The hot water was not the greatest on some nights multiple people took showers but we made due and it came back after a little bit. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this place! Thank you!

Our stay at Siete Cielos property far exceeded our expectations — the photos simply do not do the view justice. The property offered a true sense of privacy and security while comfortably accommodating our group of 11. The fully equipped kitchen was ideal for hosting a private chef throughout our stay, making every meal an experience in itself. The Zindis group was incredibly responsive and made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. The level of care and attention put into the home rivaled that of a five-star resort. We are deeply grateful for the experience and will absolutely be returning.

We met at this beautiful home with our older children and had a wonderful, memorable time together by the pool. We enjoyed visiting great restaurants in the area, and the well-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and spending quality time as a family. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the breathtaking ocean view and the spectacular sunsets each evening. It was a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience, and we look forward to doing something similar again.
