The property includes two private pools—one of which can be heated during winter—and quiet, shaded patios for moments of relaxation. While families and groups of friends are welcome, at least one guest must be 21 years or older.

The Space

The villa spans five levels and comprises:

• Seven bedrooms
• Six and a half bathrooms
• Three living rooms
• Three fully equipped kitchens
• Three large decks with barbecues
• A fire pit
• Two private pools (one pool can be heated upon request)
• Outdoor stairway access to all units

Each of the three separate units has its own private entrance, making it perfect for groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa, excluding the garage.

Additional Information

• The villa is located in Pedregal, a gated community in the safe town of Cabo San Lucas.
• A 12-hour nighttime doorman service is available for approximately $90 per day (subject to change). This service is included on December 31 and from March 1 through March 31.
• Heating the pool on the second level incurs an additional fee of $100 per day and must be arranged before arrival. The top-level pool does not have heating.
• For stays of one week or longer, a mid-week cleaning service is charged each week.
• Guests staying for a month will incur an extra $500 utility fee.
• A baby crib is available upon request.
• One guest must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to provide the names, ages, and arrival details of all visitors.
