Está compuesta por tres unidades independientes, cada una con entrada privada, ideal para grupos grandes que desean reunirse pero también disfrutar de privacidad. La villa tiene cinco niveles con acceso a todas las unidades mediante escaleras exteriores.

Los huéspedes pueden acceder a toda la villa, excepto al garaje.
Otros detalles a considerar
- Cabo San Lucas es una ciudad segura y Pedregal es una comunidad cerrada.
- Servicio de portero nocturno por 12 horas disponible por aproximadamente $90 diarios (precios sujetos a cambios).
- El servicio de portero está incluido para el 31 de diciembre y del 1 al 31 de marzo.
- Cargo adicional de $100 diarios para calefacción de la piscina en el segundo nivel; debe coordinarse antes de la llegada.
- La piscina del nivel superior no cuenta con calefacción.
- Limpieza a mitad de semana incluida para estancias de una semana o más.
- Tarifa adicional de $500 por servicios públicos para estancias de un mes.

The place was just as listed! The only thing would be that we didn’t pay attention to the amount of stairs there were. It’s in a great location and the house itself is beautiful. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful space for our family loved every minute. Close to walk to food and things to do, but the beach is a bit of a walk. We rented cars and probably didn’t need to although easy to get to and from the airport. David was an excellent concierge set us up tennis courts and fixed any specific needs. Claudia is an exceptional Mexican cook I would highly recommend her for dinners and lunch she’s a delight. She also makes the best flan I have ever eaten!!! I would recommend this home to anyone with a large family lots of space and your own private space!

Denise’s villa is truly stunning. Was perfect for the large group I visited with. Great location within a 5-15 minute walk of anything in downtown Cabo San Lucas.

my family and I felt very comfortable, relaxed. we enjoyed the view, and also that pretty much was walking distance. we do plan to go again. Host and security are really helpful and friendly.

I planned a retreat for a group of friends, we're all in our 40s and 50s. I'm so glad I chose Casa Amistad--the neighborhood and house felt safe, the views are spectacular and the house is luxurious, unique and beautiful. The setup was perfect for us, we rented the full three units and used the penthouse, decks and pools as common areas. Although everybody had their own bedroom, it was super easy to stay connected and communal which is what we were looking for. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes to the town, the marina to rent a boat for a custom tour, to El Farallon restaurant etc--and then to return to Casa Amistad which felt secure (very important to us) and which also was in a quiet neighborhood (also important to us). Communication before & during was excellent, wi-fi was great. We got Cabo Grocery Girls to stock our fridge ahead of time. Note: GPS is tricky--have your driver go to the Waldorf Astoria first, then you'll see the gate to Pedregal, go thru and THEN go to the house.
