The Space

Casa Tiburon is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom villa located just steps from a pristine beach. The property accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Situated on one of the most private lots within the community, the villa is professionally decorated and maintained according to CDC cleaning standards.

• Master Bedroom 1: King-size bed, full bathroom, ocean view
• Master Bedroom 2: King-size bed, full bathroom, ocean view
• Guest Bedroom 1: Two double beds, full bathroom, ocean view
• Guest Bedroom 2: Pull-out queen bed, full bathroom, garden view
• Detached Bedroom: Queen-size bed, full bathroom, private access, garden/street view

Booking Requirements

• Maximum occupancy: 10 people
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Holiday minimum stay (December 20th to January 4th): 7 nights
• If stay includes both December 25th and 31st: minimum 11 nights
