The condo was great for our family of four. We really appreciated the cooler, chairs, boards, and fins that we there for use. The location was super. Walkable to the beach and dozens of resteraunts. We would stay there again.

Amazing apartment in downtown Tamarindo, a one-/two-block walk from the beach and downtown. The apartment has everything, even chairs for going to the beach! I recommend it 100%

We had a great time at Jennifer’s place. The condo is a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants. Lots of space for 4 people to feel comfortable. Would recommend for anyone going to Tamarindo!

We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed the condo. Very nice and well stocked big kitchen! Host was very responsive to any question we had! Loved the pool too! Close to all restaurants and beach. Lots of howler monkeys, cool birds on our street!

Nice little condo for a three night stay. Walkable to main town, shops, and food. This condo is located right by the entry gate to the complex so expect a lot foot traffic and noise. Extremely limited parking, so we parked on the street for three days without an issue. Area felt safe. Beach is a very short walk with lots a activities to pick from.

Everything is really good overall. The only element to consider is the presence of a metal security door, located on the wall of the master bedroom. Some people don't always pay attention when they close the fence, which can cause noise. We were there for New Year's Day and at that time the noise was quite frequent during the night. That said, normally, after about 11 p.m., there is usually much less coming and going.

The condo was excellent value for our family. The location could not be any better with the beach a 5 minute walk away and numerous restaurants within walking distance. The setup of the condo was excellent for a family of 4. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen provided everything needed to prepare meals. The bathrooms and bedrooms were great with a lot of towels and pillows. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer and the beach chairs. Jennifer was a great host - very responsive and provided recommendations. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We hope to be able to return and stay in the same condo again in the future. Pura Vida!
