Our family of four (10 & 13 year old) visited from Canada. This is a beautiful, modern house that seems even bigger than the photos. An amazing kitchen and lovely bedrooms. The location is great, very close to the main road with lots of fantastic restaurants and shops. The house feels secure, with the door double locking, and a large gate to get onto the property. The view from the roof is lovely. Because it is close to town, there is noise in the evenings - I am an unusually sensitive sleeper so this bothered me but wouldn’t bother most people. One evening a soccer match in the field next door went on till midnight, and another there was a concert nearby.

We spent 5 incredible days at Juan Pablo's place. The house is very nice, with beautiful architecture and very spacious and cozy spaces. Juan Pablo and the other hosts were always attentive to our questions and were very kind, helping us with recommendations. Very friendly and professional maintenance staff. It's definitely a great place to stay in San Pancho

Casa Kuntur is amazing. Beautiful, clean, well decorated, close to the beach and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and great cleaning service. My family and I had a great time in San Pancho!

Beautiful house, great location, amazing host, and we hired a chef for breakfast each day and she was so friendly and the food she made was delicious. Thank you Juan and Olga! Highly recommend!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Casa Kuntur. The home was gorgeous and private, and the staff were so kind and communicative. They took such good care of us! We hope to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's home. After staying in a condo on the beach prior, it was a nice change to have our own space for the family. The architecture is absolutely stunning, decor is well done and is very complementary in style with the design. The home more than comfortably accommodated our family of four. Lots of different spaces to hang out in during the day including the rooftop and private backyard with heated pool, loungers, and plenty of greenery and nicely done landscaping. While there was A/C we never used it as there are many ceiling mounted fans throughout. Very walkable to everything in San Pancho. Being a somewhat rural (for San Pancho..keeping in mind it's a very small town), there are lots of roosters making noises at all times of the day. Comes with the location and adds so authenticity to the location so just bring some earplugs for sleeping if you need them - we survived several days just fine and would certainly return back.
