The Space
This multi-level villa offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio Park, and the surrounding islands. It features an elevated dining deck, a gym, a bar, dedicated workspaces, a professional-grade kitchen, and two satellite kitchens. The outdoor area includes a heated pool with a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and tub, and a versatile yoga/cabana deck.
The property contains three king suites, each with its own bathroom, plus a family casita with a kitchen, a queen bedroom, and a full-size bunkhouse sharing a bathroom. Balconies and patios are available throughout the villa, surrounded by lush gardens. Parking accommodates three large SUVs. The home is outfitted with top-tier materials and appliances, ensuring a quiet and ultra-comfortable stay, supported by dedicated staff.
Accommodation Details
The villa can comfortably sleep 10 adults or 8 adults with 4 children. When accommodating 8 adults and 4 kids, two adults share the casita queen bedroom and bathroom with the children in the bunkhouse. For 10 adults, two guests will share the bunk beds.
There is no internal staircase; instead, the property consists of three separate units connected by a covered outdoor stairway. This layout may present challenges for guests with mobility issues.
Bedrooms and Kitchens

Off the pool deck are two king bedrooms, each with an en suite shower bathroom and ample closet space. These rooms are separated by a satellite kitchen and living area. This satellite kitchen includes Smeg and Liebherr appliances and Cuisinart cookware but does not have an oven.

Upstairs is the main kitchen and living area, along with another king bedroom that shares its shower bathroom with the living space. The main kitchen is equipped with professional-grade Wolf and Gaggenau appliances and Viking cookware.

The casita contains a queen bedroom and a separate double bunk bedroom, both sharing one bathroom. This setup suits a family of six or four adults comfortable sharing sleeping and bathroom facilities. The casita also has ample closet space and its own satellite kitchen, similar to the one by the pool deck, with the same appliances and cookware.
The queen bedroom and bunkhouse in the casita are separated by a solid wood door, but anyone using the bunkhouse bathroom at night must pass by the queen bedroom.
All three kitchens include ice makers. Additionally, there is a new heavy-duty barbecue grill.

Our group of 8 had an amazing stay at Villa Jardin, and we would 100% stay here again when we return to Costa Rica. The location was perfect, the home was beautiful, modern, and had everything we needed, and the pool was incredible. Having separate bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space while still making it easy to spend time together. Michelle was wonderful and kept the house spotless throughout our stay. She was so friendly, flexible, and even helped with laundry whenever needed which made the trip even more relaxing. Jason was an outstanding host who responded quickly anytime we had a question or needed assistance. Can’t thank him enough! A huge thank you to Jen, the concierge, whose recommendations were excellent and who made planning effortless by booking everything for us. We also highly recommend her husband, Jason with MA Beach Concierge, and Marco Surf School for a relaxing beach day and surf lessons. We can’t recommend Villa Jardin enough and will absolutely be back!

This place is beautiful even better than the pictures. We were in Costa Rica for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different places this was by far our favorite. We rented the 2 upstairs villas it was so private and more than enough room for our family. The house keeper is there 6 days a week. Super friendly and makes sure you have everything you need. She really does a great job keeping the place spotless. After a long day out exploring the area it was so relaxing to come back and hop in the pool. The house keeper always had pool towels waiting for us. Our teen boys also really enjoyed the workout area. We also had a lots of monkeys greet us nightly. You could hear and see them on the roof from the pool or workout area. It was so awesome to go up the the viewing area at the top of the roof and watch them all run past. The view of the ocean from up there is breathtaking. thanks again for renting us your beautiful place. We will be back!

This place is simply amazing. We were a group of 9, including three children and the individual villas were perfect to accommodate every family with their own spaces along with ample communal areas to share. A standout location with excellent and responsive service and communication. It’s very well furnished with lots of extra details that make the stay even better. We had an incredible time and will definitely stay again!

There were two familes with small kids in our group (4 adults, 6 kids ranging 2-16 yo), and the house was wonderful for everyone. We saw Monkeys on our patio the first day! I can't say enough about how wonderful Jen (the conceriege) was. She went above and beyond to make our stay stress free and fun.

Villa Jardin is a unique and worthwhile stay. Lots of amenities and very clean and well kept. Can’t beat the location near Manuel Antonio and very walkable to numerous restaurants. The view of the Pacific and Manuel Antonio was amazing. Would love to revisit in the future.

This place is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. Location is drivable to great spots and views are incredible. Rooms and furnishings are top notch and comfortable. A few caveats: The listing says it is walkable to the beach, but that is unrealistic (drivable ok). The listed hot tub is only on for limited hours and does not get warmer than the actual pool. The listed laundry amenities are periodic and only through advanced scheduling (no direct access). There is limited privacy given cleaning staff and host's frequent visits. The house manager, Jen, was friendly and awesome. The actual host created multiple stressful moments that were unnecessary and we felt unwelcome. These included false accusations about number of guests, a mistake on his part, and scolding about simple usage of lights and AC. After the stay, the host sent an aggressive note about my review which Airbnb Customer Service noted was "blackmail." Great house but hospitality needs improvement.

This place is amazing. Designed so thoughtfully down to the last detail. High end touches, and amazing views. We had 3 separate families (10 total), and each family essentially had their own living space. So much room. We had numerous animal visitors from toucans to monkeys. Jen was amazing as our concierge and took care of everything for us. Can't recommend enough. Book it! Thanks for the amazing experience

If you have the opportunity to stay at Villa Jardin, absolutely book it! We were a family ranging from age 1 to 83 and we spent a good amount of time just enjoying the air bnb and beautiful view and pool. We saw parrots and monkeys right at the home and local activities were a quick drive. Jen, the concierge, went above and beyond to help us during the stay, and Michelle, the housekeeper, is phenomenal. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to visit again!

We rented Villa Jardin for a week as a group of 7. The Villa was so much more than expected! Everything you might need is there and if you have any questions the answer is within minutes! The pictures look very nice but it’s actually so much better in person. We will definitely visit again! The villa is 5 min from the beach or Manuel Antonio national park and yet it is private and quiet! We actually saw more wildlife at the villa than anywhere else… monkeys came to say hi a couple times, parrots, toucans and hawks are flying all around. The view from every seats is stunning! We also used the service of chef Michael and we definitely recommend! A 5 star! Stop looking and book it, there’s no way you’ll regret it!

If you are looking to stay in the Quepos area and this place is available, BOOK IT! The hosts are the best and the place is AMAZING! To basically have 3 separate places on the same property was perfect for us and our kids. You can't be disappointed with this place.
