Casa Quetzali

Fantastic location. Close to town, no need to drive for the restaurant, stores, groceries and city activities. Great location to go to all activities, we rented a car and was so easy to get to the main speedway and get out of town. Location and facilities of the house as described. Communication with host is fantastic. In our previous family vacation to the Cancun area, we have always stayed at one of the hotels with all inclusive before, this is our 1st time in an Airbnb and we loved the experience and the host. We will do this in the future and this is a house to rent if you are in the area. We are a family of 8 and the house never felt to small. Thanks Abril for all your services.

Amazing location and perfect house. Plenty of room to accommodate large groups and place is very well equipped for everything you need for a great vacation. I will definitely be back. Great pool outside of the unit as well!

Such a perfect location right at the tip of the 5th ave strip next to the outdoor mall. This house is in a gated area so it is very safe. The home had a relaxing beautiful feel to it surrounded by so much greenery. We would stay here again since it also had a nice refreshing pool especially on a hot day! Just don’t forget mosquito spray!

Located in a the gated community of Playacar very near Fifth avenue we were able to easily walk to restaurants, the cab stand, tour vendors and even grocery stores. The house was clean and had extra blankets and pillows. The pool was bigger than it looks in the photos , well maintained and about 5 feet deep throughout. There are trees around the pool so dropping leaves inevitably land in the pool, but the pool guy came every day or almost every day to maintain and skim the pool. We saw many different animals in the evenings from the front patio, the bats were especially entertaining when they dived the pool water for a drink. So here’s the bad. The house had a musty, concrete odor that we needed to open the windows during the day to vent out. It was mostly gone after 2 days. No big deal. The beds were not the most comfortable especially the two twin beds which felt very hard. All in all a very nice stay and a great location, we would stay here again if we come back to Playa Del Carman.

Abril place is worth every dollar, great place. host is very responsive, bar ,restaurant, beach just a few min away.very quite place with security at the gate.we felt very safe .thank you Abril

Nice home to acommodate a group of 6 easily, maybe 8 a bit stretch. Main thing for me is the location which is right in a gated comunity but walking distance to Playa del Carmen main restaurants, bars and supermarkets or cornershops. I will definitely recommend the place.

This place was a dream, exactly as described and so easy to get to the beach and shops and stores. The kitchen supplies were stocked well enough for us to make a family dinner at home one night to close out our little trip.

Location was great and we felt safe !! everything was close by -- beach, restaurants, shops, Cozumel ferry etc...
