Montserrat, Gustavo and Olivia made our stay amazing! There were a few issues not under her control and she rallied her team to help us right away! She was very responsive and always made sure things were perfect! Wonderful stay, will be back again!

The guest unit fit well for our family's size. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The location is up a seriously steep cobblestone hill and the pool is located about 2 long blocks away. There are a number of stairs down to the unit. In order to use the pool, there is a reservation system and it is difficult to get access time. There is no air con but there is a large fan. Monseratt seems to be fluent in English and because our Spanish is poor, that was helpful. She was always quick to respond to any queries we had. The unit was very clean and well appointed. There is a shuttle that is available for heading to the Jardin [central area] four times a day, which is a nice service as the hills are so steep. Not the best for aging bodies!

Beautiful villa close to downtown. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others.

A really good place to stay. I’ts kind of rough for elderly people unless they use a taxi to move around San Miguel. Besides that it’s really good.
