It was great; we had a wonderful time as a family. I highly recommend the place; everything was very clean, the neighborhood was safe, and we enjoyed nature and tranquility. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the town, which is very quiet and safe. It was the best, and we hope to return soon. Thank you for having us.

The host was very responsive and kind. The place as positive and negative. Positive : very peaceful and secure spot close to town but not too much, surrounded by jungle. There is a beautiful private pool close to the beach. The house is larger than what it seemed to us. Well equipped overall. The pool by the house was too cold during this period of the house but it was maintained almost daily. Negative: probably because the condo is not inhabited all the time and since it’s on the first floor, the humidity and smell are very very present. I mean, clothes get damped and nothing dries. Overall very cool place to rent for us, group of 8 (2 families of 4).

The place was very nice. My only complaint was too few towels for a 5 night stay and no workable option for getting more towels or a sheet change.

We stayed at Jose’s place for the month of April. Due to some personal issues, we had to postpone our trip . The host was very gracious in alliwing us to change our reservation. The apartment was very good size to accommodate the guests we had during our time there, as well as ourselves. It was well appointed and had everything one needs upon arrival. A big plus was we could bring our pets with no problem. The unit is quite secluded, which we enjoyed We were a very easy walk to town and the beach. San Pancho is what Sayulita was like thirty or more years ago. The place is super quiet we only had neighbors for a few nights during our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
