Very nice and clean apartment. The beach was very clean, and the pool areas were too. As an observation, the restaurant service was a bit slow, but the food was very good. We had excellent service and communication from the host, Jessica. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything was amazing! Jessica was super nice from the start. They helped us with all the requests we had and with all the little things we needed (kitchen maintenance, bathroom maintenance, etc.). The apartment is great, it's identical to the photos and it's perfect for family vacations. The residential complex is beautiful, we love the Amada for how quiet and safe it is. We highly recommend Chef Chontal (the hosts know him and he works with several apartments in La Amada) for the lunch and dinner service, because there are not many restaurants in the area. Attentive and super friendly hosts!

Beautiful and luxurious place with everything my family needed for a relaxing stay. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of room for our group of 8. Many high-end details all throughout the apartment, common spaces and the grounds, making our stay memorable and special. Lounge chairs by the beach and pools were plentiful. I enjoyed running on the uninterrupted beach and my family had fun on paddle boards & sea kayaks. Sunsets at the beautiful rooftop pool were amazing. The food and drinks from the only restaurant on the property were delicious but service could take a while during high demand times (we were there over the Christmas break) The hosts were very accommodating and commutative. I really appreciate a special request they were able to accommodate. Thank you!

We arrived a day after Hurricane Beryl passed and the hosts anticipated everything, they left us water drums, they took care to give us precise instructions and to make our arrival as good as possible under the circumstances. They offered to receive a grocery order before our arrival and accommodate it. They took care of coordinating cleaning (excellent service) at our request. They resolved all our doubts and any normal inconvenience of a stay of more than 10 days was resolved immediately. A divine apartment and very good complex with all the amenities: marina, deli market, gym, restaurant, beach service, summer camp for children, kayak and paddle board rentals, etc. It far exceeded our expectations for a super enjoyable family vacation.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay during our family trip to Cancun for my daughter’s birthday! Jessica and the staff of the Amada were accommodating and considerate from the start. They ensured our every need was met and had the best responsiveness of any Airbnb stay I’ve ever had. The Airbnb is even more breathtaking in person, our family of 6 was more than comfortable and there was plenty of room for more people. The pool and beach area are better than most resorts, and be sure to grab food and drinks at the onsite restaurant and store. The location is also very convenient and we weren’t far from any of the activities and restaurants we visited. We will absolutely return to The Amada, and leaving was bittersweet because we felt so at home!

A gem in Playa Mujeres! The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped. The terrace is super spacious and with great ocean views. In addition, the decor and furniture are very elegant. The kitchen has great equipment and having an industrial-sized refrigerator is a plus when you go with the family. The residential complex is very private and safe, as well as having one of the best beaches in the area. The pool is sensational and family-friendly. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. The amenities are top with everything you need. The best thing is Jessica's Home & Host service with real-time and personalized attention, as well as her efforts to accommodate special requests so that you have a great stay. It's the best service I've received in my 10 years renting with Airbnb. If you are looking for a relaxed, elegant, comfortable and family place, this is the perfect place.

The condo is spotless, beautiful, and so comfortable. The beach and pool are about two minutes away, and they’re lovely and everything you could want. At the beach, you can use kayaks and paddle boards free of charge and rent wave runners, catamarans, and parasail on the beach one resort down — right next door. You can also take a day trip from the marina just steps from your door. The many pools are gorgeous and the pool bars serve up fun drinks and good food. This is a very quiet location, which was perfect for us. The only thing that requires a little effort is planning your dinners since the on-site restaurants close early. But we loved trying local restaurants, and we ordered take out and delivery as well. The kitchen is fully-stocked, so grocery shopping and cooking is also a good bet. The outdoor space on the balcony is so beautiful. Sitting out there for breakfast and in the evening was a special highlight. Jessica was the most responsive and thoughtful host I’ve ever had.

My family and I had a 10/10 stay at Amada Residences. This apartment was so comfortable, clean, peaceful and steps to the pool and a gorgeous white sand beach. Jessica was an amazing host - super responsive, lots of recommendations and helped with booking transport to and from the airport, a private sailing day trip and lots more. This place is incredible, great for little kids, so safe and quiet. I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous family vacation in a beautiful condo. Everything was as described and pictured. Simply perfection for our family of 7. Jessica provided top notch service as well. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back. Gracias!
