El espacio
Esta hermosa y auténtica casa mexicana del siglo XIX ha sido completamente restaurada y recibió un premio gubernamental por la restauración del patrimonio cultural.
La mayoría de los productos de limpieza utilizados en toda la propiedad son biodegradables, incluido el champú y el jabón proporcionados para los huéspedes.
La casa cuenta con una manija eléctrica automática que permite a los huéspedes entrar y salir mediante un código, lo que hace posible registrarse tarde en cualquier momento.
Somos el patrocinador principal de Antiturista, un proyecto local de recomendaciones y mapas. Cada estudio incluye un mapa físico al registrarse, y se proporciona una copia digital con la reservación confirmada.

El personal está presente en la propiedad durante el horario de oficina para ayudar a mantener el espacio limpio y organizado.

Reglas de la casa e información adicional
- El registro está disponible en cualquier momento después de las 3:00 p. m.
- El horario de silencio moderado comienza después de las 10:00 p. m.
- El servicio de lavandería con lavadora y secadora cuesta $200 MXN. No nos hacemos responsables por daños.
- No se permiten fiestas ni eventos. Se aplica una multa de $5,000 MXN.
- Está prohibido fumar dentro de las habitaciones. Se aplica una multa de $3,000 MXN.
- Pregunte por nuestros paquetes para sesiones fotográficas.
- Si necesita una plancha, avísenos para que podamos colocar una en su habitación antes de su llegada.
- Hay una cuna disponible previa solicitud y sujeta a disponibilidad.
Mascotas
- Tarifa por mascota: $200 MXN por estadía
- Se permite una mascota pequeña o mediana, de hasta 40 centímetros de altura a la cruz, por estudio.
- Las mascotas deben estar siempre acompañadas y bajo supervisión.
- Está prohibido dejar a las mascotas solas en la habitación. Se aplica una multa de $1,500 MXN.

Okay stay, we rented the entire home with a large group but some people where there most of the time. They say it’s staff but like if you want to be walking around in a bathing suit or just feel comfortable in the common spaces you’ll have to think again. They should list this place as “entire home” because the staff is in the common spaces all the time so there no real privacy

Fantastic spot in colonia americana. 8 standalone suites around a beautiful courtyard with shared spaces and a kitchen to make up a great rooftop. Would stay here again.

The accommodation is beautiful and although in the photos it looks like a confusing space, it was an entire house with various rooms that join the center with a pool. The rooftop was the main meeting point. It's worth it for small gatherings whose purpose is to enjoy the house to the fullest.

I booked this boutique hotel for a bachelorette trip. We had a total of 9 girls on the trip and this perfectly accommodated us with rooms and beds to spare! Each room has its own bathroom and at least two beds some have three beds! The center courtyard has a small “pool”, it was perfect for soak our sore feet after a long days walk. We used the upstairs patio for late night dinner and chit chat. Overall, this hotel fit our every need and I would happily stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. The mix of individual rooms and shared space worked great for our group. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located near several great restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc. and very walkable.
