Beautiful house, with some of the best empleadas we’ve ever worked with at a finca. The house was spotless, they were excellent cooks, incredibly helpful and easy to coordinate with. The 4 bedrooms with AC were great, the bathrooms were very nice, and we loved the outdoor dining area, gym, large kitchen table, and living room opening onto the yard. Of the 2 bedrooms without AC, one has fans/windows and was manageable for sleeping. The other had no ventilation & was too hot to use, so we had to double up in the AC rooms. If the management company could add a screen to that room/window, that would likely solve the issue. Filtered water is available for $20 mil COP/bottle, which was great. Management has been very helpful returning items we accidentally left behind. Because of the current drought, water levels in the hot tub/chaise area were very low. Totally understandable, but helpful to know in advance. Overall, a beautiful property and a great stay. We would happily return!

The house is stunning, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the house clean and preparing meals, but they weren’t as friendly or welcoming as we had hoped. Their attitude occasionally affected the overall atmosphere for our group. Communication with the host was a bit challenging at times, but whenever we were able to connect, they were helpful and addressed our questions. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend the property, with the hope that communication and the guest experience with the staff improves.

The house is very nice, clean and spacious. For the price of the stay, it's lacking air conditioning in all the rooms, and the cleaning staff needs to be more attentive to the guests. It's also very close to the road, and you can hear the trucks all night, which can be annoying. Overall, I would recommend it.

A very spacious property, very nice but very well equipped in terms of kitchen, glasses, utensils, pots, etc. Perhaps the most complete I have ever encountered, and everything is of good brands and in proper condition for use. 4 of the 6 rooms mentioned are very good, but there are 2 that, on the one hand, are small and, on the other, do not have air conditioning. If it were my house, I would knock down the walls of these two and make a super suite, with AC and in keeping with the level of the place, because these 2 are out of place. A perfect pool, a spectacular grill, impeccable bathrooms that are spacious and in excellent condition. Overall, a very nice place to spend a long holiday weekend or even an entire Easter week. Thank you for everything. We were very well taken care of, and the housekeeping service was spectacular.

Thanks to Daniel, who was attentive to our concerns. The stay was excellent, and the goal we had as a family was met. The house is very comfortable. The only thing that, without being a real problem, we didn't like so much was the proximity to the road. We would definitely come back.
