Elena administra el acceso a la casa. Es amable y está disponible durante el día para ayudar a resolver cualquier pregunta o inconveniente durante su estadía.
La limpieza de la casa los días de llegada y salida está incluida en la reserva. Los días adicionales de limpieza cuestan COP 92,000 por día y deben pagarse en efectivo directamente a Elena.

The place is magical. It seems frozen in time, with books and collections of magazines and spectacular LPs! The kayaks are great for enjoying the reservoir, and the house has different levels and atmospheres. They are simply fascinating for those of us who love vintage things that are well-preserved, tasteful, clean and tidy! We will definitely be back. My daughters loved the place. Ms. Elena was fantastic in terms of service, always helpful and friendly.

We had a large group of 12 people and the house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. The house feels warm and lived in, lots of family history. Elena, the housekeeper, was lovely and helpful.

Our family included nine people (two parents, two grandparents and five children/teenagers). The home was big, lots of beds and places to sleep. The lake access was wonderful. The managing/cleaning person was wonderful and can be hired to make meals for you (we did for one of the days and strongly recommend it!).

Excellent! We really enjoyed our time at the Casa de las Aguas. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, super clean, the service and help from Elena (the lady who helps with the house) were excellent, and the view is absolutely beautiful. We loved all the art and the vinyl. 100% recommended. We would like to come back. Thank you for everything!

An ideal place for a family or friends. Beautifully situated, the whole property is very private. An oasis of peace in the midst of beautiful nature, directly on the lake and with a beautiful view. The house is charming and built in such a way that you really feel at home. I would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend the house.

Great location!!’ Super close to Peñol and easy access. The kayaks were great also. The house is out dated and needs new appliances, and some maintenance to the decks. We had a nice trip to Guatape.

Jorge and Olga's place is amazing. The spaces are very comfortable, equipped with everything you need, and there are activities to do. Communication was clear and timely. The service provided by Elena, the person who welcomed us, was impeccable. She helped us with transportation logistics, shopping, cooking, and cleaning. We were a group of 7 and had an amazing time; we look forward to returning soon.
