The space Important facts about the solar system The property runs 100% on solar power. The system is designed to provide a comfortable experience, similar to a conventional energy home, but requires conscious use. The air conditioning can be used in eco mode (24 °C) for about 8 continuous hours without problems. If energy consumption is higher than recommended, the batteries may run out overnight and the energy will automatically be restored around 7:30 a.m. We greatly appreciate your understanding and responsible use so that you can make the most of your stay. The house offers the perfect space to rest and enjoy with family or friends: 🛏️ 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private bathroom. 🛋️ The living room has a queen sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. 🌊 The second bedroom is upstairs, with independent access and a private terrace with a spectacular ocean view. Although the sea is only 200 meters away, the breeze and the sound of the waves reach the house. 🏊‍♀️ The EVA community pool is just a 30-second walk away. There are no hours of use, but quiet hours are respected from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure your rest and that of the neighbors. 🍳 The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal BBQ. Remember to bring your own charcoal, although you can also buy it at the nearest store. Guest access Welcome to Gran Pacifica Resort! Just 2 minutes by car or 17 minutes walk south of the property, the Club House also offers activities such as tennis, soccer, 9 and 18 hole golf, disc golf, croquet, darts, dominoes, chalupa, cold coffee and board games (additional fees may apply). Hours: Open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Alice's🍸 Restaurant Located just 400 meters before reaching the Gran Pacifica entrance gate/bridge (5 minutes by car from the resort), Alice's restaurant welcomes you with a varied menu and a cozy atmosphere. With prices between USD 8 and USD 25, they offer everything: pizzas, burgers, burritos, coconut shrimp, fish and their famous cuts of meat. They even deliver directly to your unit in Gran Pacifica for only $2 to $3! While you wait for your order or just want to relax, you can enjoy games like billiards, darts, and, on special days, poker.
