The Space
This penthouse condo offers breathtaking sea views of Mamitas Beach from nearly every room. The main unit includes two bedrooms and provides access to a private rooftop featuring multiple seating areas and a pool. The third bedroom is a separate junior suite located next door to the main apartment, with its own entrance, sitting area, and galley kitchen. Note that the two units are not connected.
From the main living area, a staircase leads to the rooftop where you can relax in the sun, cool off in the pool, and enjoy evenings under the stars while dining or having a drink in the pleasant Riviera Maya climate.

Additional Information
- Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged through the property manager for an additional fee.
- Aldea Thai enforces a strict noise policy:
- No noise is allowed inside the condo or on the rooftop after midnight.
- Noise complaints will result in automatic suspension of electricity and a $200 USD fine charged to the security deposit.
- Public security involvement may also trigger the fine.
- Trash disposal:
- Guests must use the elevator to the first floor and then walk down one level to the parking garage dumpsters.
- No trash should be left outside the condo.
- Violations of this policy incur a $150 charge from building administration.
- The property management team will only enter the condo for cleaning or maintenance with guest authorization.
- The condo is not rented for bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Sylvia’s place was perfect for our family of five’s vacation in Playa del Carmen! It was exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a view of the ocean from all three balconies. And then, the roof rooftop! We spent so much time up there lounging in the pool during the day and enjoying evenings on the comfortable furniture. Our cooler of provided water ran out about halfway through, but Sylvia had already told us we could get a refill. Within 20 minutes she was there with another cooler. She was always super responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed, and it was the perfect place to come back to after our daily excursions. We would definitely stay here again, and again!

The private rooftop pool overlooking the ocean was one of the highlights of our trip to Playa and it's is even better at night ~ light breeze, quiet, reflective and just the right amount of noise coming from 5th Ave. A perfect place to relax, unwind and stay away from crowds. The condos were clean, cool, and well-designed with all the amenities you could ask for.

We had a wonderful recent stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The room was quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also perfect — convenient to nearby beach access, restaurants, and shopping in 5ta Avenida. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service throughout our stay. Took a girls and we all loved this place! The private rooftop+pool is incredible and worth the stay. The beds are comfortable and everything was so clean. Something to note: the apartment is above a fun street with bars and restaurants and we could clearly hear loud singing and music late into the night even with the windows shut. The host is so welcoming and wonderful.
