The open-plan living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the private patio. The dining table seats eight, while additional outdoor seating provides a pleasant setting for barbecue meals.

The apartment has three full bathrooms with showers and one half bathroom, providing ample space for everyone.

Important Information and House Rules

Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Smoking and Drugs

Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is prohibited inside the apartment. Recreational drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the property. Violations incur a $300 USD penalty.

Parties and Noise

Parties, events, and illegal activities are not permitted. Excessive noise is prohibited, particularly after 10:00 p.m., out of consideration for the neighbors.

Guest Limit and Identification Verification

Only registered guests may access the property. All guests must be registered at least 48 hours before arrival.

The building requires a copy of a valid identification document for every adult guest staying at the property, including the person making the reservation. When the booking is confirmed, you must provide the full names of all guests, including adults and minors. Valid identification for all adults is also required to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Damage and Additional Cleaning

Renters are responsible for any charges resulting from damage caused during their stay or additional cleaning required after departure.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property.

Wristbands

The wristband provided at check-in must be worn throughout the stay. A replacement fee of $1,000 MXN applies if the wristband is lost or damaged.

Hanging Items

Hanging clothing, towels, or other objects from terraces, windows, or any exterior part of the unit is prohibited.

Complex Regulations

You will be required to sign the complex’s internal rules and acknowledge its specific policies.

Pool Rules

• Glass containers, including bottles, jugs, and glasses, are not permitted in the pool areas.
• Speakers and other sound equipment may not be used in the pools.
• Children are not permitted to use the Jacuzzis.

Liability

The condominium, sub-administrator, and Surveillance Committee are not responsible for lost or stolen items left inside the facilities.

Penalties for Rule Violations

• First infraction: $1,000 MXN plus any remediation costs
• Subsequent infractions: Increased fines
• Serious first infraction: $5,000 MXN and possible immediate removal
• Subsequent serious violations: Increased fines and possible suspension of condominium access for up to one year
