Villa Cala

Wonderful Stay at Villa 11. We had a great time and access to the beach was amazing. The onsite staff helped with a tour booking and Alvin was extremely communicative. I loved his suggestions and the house was perfect for our family visiting for the first time. Extra touches like beach towels and fully stocked kitchen made our stay so easy.

This villa was incredible. Bahia Pez Villa is truly an oasis. The villa was gorgeous, and the views of the beach were spectacular. We could walk out of the villa directly onto the beach. The pool was deep and clean. The restaurant was excellent. Although it is a public beach, because it is secluded in a cove, it was like having a private beach most of the time. Our kids enjoyed scuba diving at the beach and fishing. It was very safe. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Cesar and Jackie worked at reception and helped us plan activities. There are an abundance of activities to do if interested. Jet skis and fishing boats pick you right up at the beach. For tours, the drivers picked us up at our villa. You could tell that the villa was well loved. There were many conveniences. There was great Wi-Fi, cable, TV, beach towels, and beach supplies, bathroom, products, books and games. We would stay here again and again if we could!

Amazing location, steps away from ocean and pool. The concierge, Cesar, was so accommodating and helpful in booking excursions. Alvin helped arrange transportation to and from the airport which made travel easy and stress free. The home was so nice, was lovely to have so many common areas to hang out w family. Kitchen was very nice and we made most of our meals at home. The first morning we woke up to a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach, it felt like stepping into a documentary. Lots of great bird watching and iguana sightings frequently. Also, we have football fans in the family and it was a wonderful surprise to be able to easily catch a couple nfl games on the tv at night without having to do anything technical. Overall, amazing place and amazing experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa! The location is breathtakingly beautiful. Having a private beach just steps from the property was great. We also loved the pool and onsite restaurant. Alvin and the resort manager were both incredibly helpful with planning our stay. The resort manager booked transportation and a private boat tour for us and Alvin gave me updates on the weather prior to our visit. Some people say the resort is a bit remote but that worked out well for us. We had no problem getting Ubers to local restaurants and enjoyed the serenity of this property.

Alvin’s villa 11 was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setting for our family get away. The house was lovely and fully equipped to handle our family of 6. The beach felt like our own private retreat and was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The pool has an amazing view and always felt wonderful. Alvin was responsive to any and every question. He is definitely a five star host! I recommend his property wholeheartedly for your family vacation in beautiful Costa Rica!

Great Airbnb experience, all around. Alvin is a fantastic host -- almost like a concierge. He's super responsive and set us up with great ground transportation -- which took us to some beautiful waterfalls on the way from Arenal and also took us grocery shopping. The property is beautiful and quiet. Quite good snorkeling. Highly recommended.

Al's villa is one of the best places we've ever stayed as a family. You are just steps from a beautiful beach and can hear the waves throughout day and night, while being inside a very modern, clean, and functional space. A 1-2 minute stroll takes you to the BPV restaurant and pools, which our kids absolutely loved. Kitchen highly functional with all the Tupperware and dishes one could ever need, all rooms comfortable and have AC when needed, and the villa just has a wonderful feel that makes you not want to leave. Our daughter keeps saying she wants "to go back to #11"! (as do we)

Amazing place , better than described! Loved the walk ability to the pool and restaurant and the view was fantastic ! Felt extremely safe and everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and welcoming.
