A spacious, beautiful and very cozy house, with a prime location, very close to the central park and the theater. It's an ideal place to enjoy the city, especially when traveling with family. We felt right at home and it would definitely be our first choice to stay again on a future trip.

Everything, including lock box confusion was quickly worked out. The address needs to be correct to reflect Quetzaltenango as the replys keep referring to Guatemala City which is confusing for guests. But Brenda quickly resolved my confusion and no problem.

The location is excellent for walking around the historic center, the house is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The host was very helpful and friendly. What they could improve on is the TVs, since they are too old and small, without streaming, and the electric fireplace could be more functional. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

we stayed at Brenda's for over a month, a large enough house provided privacy for each of us, the house is in a quiet part of the city, absolutely satisfying. complete satisfaction

The house is beautiful and Brenda is lovely and very responsive! Perfect location. Great esp for a group or family. Wish we could stay longer and hope to return!!
