We absolutely loved the villa and the view of the Pacific! The monkeys-howlers, squirrel and white-faced, entertained us regularly! The driving was on occasion a bit sketchy, but realize we were not in the US, and driving, and road conditions are different. Found numerous great restaurants. Enjoyed our beach experience. Highly recommend the catamaran tour, private guide for Manuel Antonio National and do not miss having a private chef prepare dinner in your villa!

The house was amazing, located right in the middle of Manuel Antonio. Saw Macaws and monkeys every day right from the patio. Josue, the concierge, was extremely helpful and made the trip so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We loved this house! Very spacious and has two “units” so works for a large family. The views are unbeatable. Yosué, our concierge was incredibly helpful at all times of day and night. He arranges for Josué (a chef) to cook for us and it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. Fresh fish and seafood, incredible quality, and so friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

This is an amazing house. The concierge was very proactive in making sure we were taken care of and suggested great activities and restaurants. It was wonderful to have cleaning and laundry services.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and view of the water. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Spacious and great for the five couples in our group. Yosué was our concierge and he was very responsive and helpful with everything. He was attentive and checked in throughout our stay. We were really impressed with his attentiveness. The unit is multi level and built into a fairly steep hill with other condos/units close by. The front door opens to an entry way with stairs leading up and down. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, kitchen and living room and pool are on the second level, two more bedrooms are on the third level (with a smaller kitchen), and a lookout area on the top level.

Villa Perezoso is amazing. It could not have been any better for our family. The views are incredible and can be seen from absolutely everywhere in the house. The house was very quiet and was well designed and spacious! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, RECOMMEND! The staff, including our concierge and housekeepers were the best!

The hosts were excellent. Dani is the concierge there in CR, and she helped me get set up with all the extra activities we wanted to do before we even arrived. She also helped get groceries while there, and answered all questions we had about CR. She was truly exceptional. John was also excellent and super responsive. We did have an issue with some construction taking place in the two lower floors of the house when we got there. However, the moment I reached out to John and let him know our concerns he instantly took care of it. The house was perfect for our 4 couples. It was spacious and open. The beds were comfortable. We did have a chef, Armando, come for dinners and he was superb. I highly recommend, food was amazing! The access to the wildlife while there, just from the back patio, was stunning. We had capuchins monkey, howler monkeys, toucans, parrots, and sloths all hanging out with us at the pool all weekend. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

John and his concierge, Andres, were extremely helpful throughout our trip. The home was spectacular! Even when our flight to Costa Rica got canceled, they took care of modifying our reservations and excursions. Highly, highly recommended.

John and Andres (the house manager) were great to work with. They were extremely responsive and flexible with our requests and even accommodated some last minute changes. Andres, also helped us secure a great chef that prepared breakfast for our family of 10 every morning, before we could head out for our daily activities. Would highly recommend the home and the properties managed by John and Andres.
