Nestled within the gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado, the villa is surrounded by multi-million dollar residences and is conveniently located between the One and Only Palmilla resort and Starwood's Westin Hotel.

Recently renovated, the home provides excellent spaces for entertaining both indoors and outdoors.

The villa offers 5,000 square feet of elegant living space along with 2,030 square feet of outdoor areas. There are 4 spacious bedrooms containing a total of 6 beds, each bedroom equipped with a full bathroom. For fitness enthusiasts, a fully equipped gym is available.

During the day, guests can relax on comfortable lounge chairs while watching whales in the distance. At sunset, the upper terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, light the table fire feature, and unwind as the Sea of Cortez sparkles into the evening.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all areas of the home. The property welcomes well-behaved dogs weighing 20 pounds or less, with exceptions considered case by case. A secure, fenced grassy area is available for pets to play safely.

The large gas grill is ideal for those who enjoy cooking outdoors. Alternatively, a private chef can be arranged to prepare meals discreetly from the chef’s quarters.

High-speed internet is provided to keep guests connected throughout their stay.
