2BR Condo in Playa del Carmen

Amazing place to stay in Playa. It's the perfect area to walk to everything but you have no noise problems because it's not in the center of the craziness. The apartment is large, and the natural lighting is amazing. AC works well. The Internet is fast and reliable. The apartment is clean. We stayed for a month and a half. The best part is the family downstairs who helped us with anything we needed! They are awesome. The only cons are that there are ants you can't get rid of & the water went out multiple times while we were there (sometimes unavoidable in Mexico). Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay, clean, cozy, spacious!

this place is a gem after traveling. two amazingly sized bedrooms with their own private bathroom. I third bathroom for common use. the decor is fresh and clean. there was a washer and dryer to clean clothes after traveling. the place is a very short walk to the beach, make sure to check the laundry room for chairs and an umbrella. there is a great coffee shop a couple of blocks away and you can walk into the party district without being in it.

beautiful place looks just like the pictures! You're a block from the beach and a few blocks away from the epicenter of playa. Directly off 5th Avenue. Fernanda was very responsive and extremely accommodating. I will be back for sure!

We loved the apartment ya q has all the amenities, like hot water, all the cooking utensils, the place is spacious and each bedroom with its full bathroom plus a half bathroom in the corridor and something I loved is q they have several chairs, table and a beach umbrella that are available and the beach is a block away that you have to chebrodear but it is literally close and also very few streets from 5th avenue. And they are very accessible with entry or departure times if you so require

We loved everything about our stay at Fernanda's. She is very quick to respond and Abraham and Iris were extremely helpful. It is a beautiful, airy, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. Located in a quiet area, which we liked, and very close to the Beach. Loved every minute of our stay.

An exceptional apartment, very close to Abraham Beach and his wife still helped us that we arrived a little late for transfers and they are always attentive to guests. Always keep an eye out and the apartment has everything you need or have a pleasant stay. I could improve: bedding, amount of pillows, and maybe a box of water per stay. We'll definitely be back. A very complete unit, all the necessary accessories to spend a stay with all the comforts of both the house and the beach. Good location
