Tarifa de entrada al condominio

Información adicional
- El personal de limpieza cobra COP 100,000 (aproximadamente USD 26) por día.
- Se proporciona una persona de limpieza para grupos de menos de ocho huéspedes y dos personas de limpieza para grupos más grandes.

The house is very nice, the service from the ladies is very good, they are very friendly and they cook delicious food. On the downside, I think it's very bad that overall it doesn't allow delivery people in, considering that the house is quite far from the gate, and it's not so pleasant to drive around on the narrow roads. It's also necessary to repair the game room since the frog is damaged, as is the foosball table, and the ping-pong table balls are in poor condition. To conclude, as a recommendation, it would be very good if the rooms had a TV.

Excellent communication with the host and the ladies who helped with the cleaning. The house is very nice for those who like a rustic style. A good place to disconnect from the traditional. Tip: Bring groceries. Everything is far away. The road is a bit unpaved. I recommend taking the hike.

We loved it. The help we received from Janeth and Milena was spectacular. They cook deliciously and were very attentive to whatever we needed. The design and services provided by the house allow children and adults to enjoy the house. I appreciate all of Andrés' help before, during, and after our stay. Thank you.

The property is super nice. It is in a very quiet environment for walking and resting. Jhannet was super attentive and helped us a lot during the days my family and I stayed there. Everything was very clean and Andres was always attentive to what we needed.

The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a good size, and the surroundings are very nice and peaceful. The care of the person in charge was very good. It is ideal for resting as a family. The internet service is good and allows easy access, even to TV streaming. Comfortable spaces, high ceilings, and a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms.

We had a great time at the home. The spaces are lovely as well as the pool. Nancy, who cooked for us, was wonderful. The food was great and she helped us find the key when my son locked himself into his room (don’t lock the padlock :)). We did find a couple of dead baby bats in one of the bedrooms on the second day. The doors were closed so we think they found a crack near the ceiling and then hit the ceiling fan. The property manager was responsive and said they would make sure someone comes out to look for the hole. Other than that small issue, the stay was excellent! The place is definitely as advertised and the view is really lovely.

Excellent house, very nice, very comfortable, very clean. We've already been there, and we're thinking of going back. The ladies who helped us in the kitchen and with cleaning were very good. Highly recommended for a family weekend and to relax. 10/10

The price-house ratio doesn't work. Compared to many other houses in the region, it ends up being a price that does not match. There is a long unpaved road (although that is not a big deal in the end, but you should keep it in mind). It is less beautiful/modern/maintained than other houses. The little details are not well cared for (the towels, the table placemats all with stains, the super thick plastic cups with no possibility of normal glass cups or slightly less regular plastic cups), it is said to be a condominium with many things to do but in reality the house is in one of the most remote areas. It's a little disappointing.
