This beautifully furnished villa comes fully equipped with everything needed for an unforgettable stay. It features a spacious private garden with its own swimming pool, an outdoor dining area under the stars, a fire pit, and a barbecue.
The two-story house includes four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, closet space, and breathtaking ocean views. Additionally, there is a fifth full bathroom located by the pool.
On the first floor, you will find:
- The master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private terrace
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bunk bed
- A double-height open kitchen with a breakfast table
- A living area furnished with a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa

Parking is available on-site. The villa is a 25-minute drive from Liberia International Airport and centrally located for exploring the best of Guanacaste, including volcanoes, sport fishing, beaches, horseback riding, ATV tours, and other activities.

We traveled to Maria’s place with my extended family and 4 children 4 years and under. The pool was perfect for young children and it was a stones throw from the beautiful black sand beach. My 4 year old learned to really swim here! We loved exploring the local town and did a few local excursions but were really just most happy to just stay in the house all day to enjoy the local surroundings. We had the wonderful chefs from Pura Vida cooking make meals for us and also had Yasmina make a wonderful breakfast for us on the last morning. Maria was communicative and very helpful. We’d love to come back one day!

We had an awesome week! the place is great...steps to the beach, a great pool, and easy enough to get into town. The beach was very chill and didn't get busy at all. We chose to have the housekeeper, Yazmina, make us breakfast most days and she made the week even more special. I'm glad we chose this option and would stay here again.

This was a long thought about/planned trip for our family of married children and two small grandchildren. The 4 separate bedrooms/bathrooms gave everyone their privacy. The home is thoughtfully designed with plenty of common spaces outside for games, relaxing and sharing meals. The beach is a quick walk beyond the gate for snorkeling, boogie boarding, sunsets or star gazing. Our host was very responsive to any questions. The pool is small but really just perfect for little ones and a plunge to cool off. The week could not have been better! Thank you Maria for sharing your beautiful home with us!

What a wonderful vacation we had at Ceibamar! Our family of 6 adults had the most amazing time. Maria was such a wonderful host answering all our questions and making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. The yard, view, pool, surrounding wildlife and accessibility to the ocean was more than we could have wanted. We had the ladies from Pura Vida Cooking come and prepare us the most amazing meal, and our only regret was not booking them more often (they were fully booked...so make sure you book early!) One of the most delicious meals we had there and they were so friendly! We made lifetime memories and are already talking about going back! We absolutely loved it! We miss it already :)

We booked CeibaMar for a week-long family vacation for 9 adults in December. Maria was very responsive with all my questions and with booking details, provided local recommendations for outings and for a personal chef. The house was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the art and artistic touches throughout the house. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area is comfortable and the pool was clean and refreshing during the hot days. The proximity to the ocean was a favorite feature for the entire family. The beach was virtually private, aside from people taking walks, and an easy 20 minute walk to town along the beach. A highlight of our trip was the in-home meals prepared by Pura Vida Cooking. We had originally booked 3 dinners and a breakfast but after the first meal we added another dinner. Each meal was better than the last. I highly recommend booking this house and Pura Vida Cooking for at least some of your meals.

I can’t say enough about this house!! Don’t even think twice about renting it. The beach is 100 yards away and it’s the best beach ever. It’s totally private. You will have it all to yourself minus about ten people walking the beach during an entire day. Different times of day the waves are either pretty big or it’s very calm. Just depends on the tide. The pool was amazing. The rooms are nice and cold with AC. The showers are amazing as you can open a window and hear the beach and monkeys. We saw monkeys three days while we were here. You’ll see birds, crabs, iguanas, and a few local dogs and a cat. The kitchen is very nice as well and has everything you need. Multiple grocery stores with a short distance. We rented a golf carts from Theo’s which was awesome. You don’t need anything more than that to get around the small town. Tons of restaurants and bars. Surprisingly so. If anything this place beat expectations and they were pretty high. It was a truly remarkable week! Thanks Maria
