Write up is very accurate. Beautiful home and the location is tranquil. We felt safe. The area was well cared for and patrolled by security. Beach was great and not busy. We boogie boarded - there were boards with the rental along with beach chairs and umbrellas. We watched the turtles released from the sanctuary several times. The kids loved the plunge pool on the patio and the community pool was large, warm and clean as well. We swam across the sanctuary and into Plantanitos for an adventure. The location is very remote and the dirt road to the villa is VERY rough, taking at least 30 minutes to travel that portion alone. This limited the number of excursions we did; but if you are happy staying at the villa primarily, this Villa Tortuga is incredible.

Adriana is great, highly responsive. About the property. Beautiful location but be aware: - There is a 45 min very rough ride, dirty road, to get there. - There is no grocery store nearby, nothing at all. - House keeping (cleaning or cooking) is not available on Sundays nor national holidays. - Swimming pool is smaller than shown on pictures.

The place is a paradise, Adriana's service is incredible and the assistants are excellent, getting there is difficult if you don't go in a 4x4 but it's worth it once you get there

An amazing place to spend your vacation, tranquility and all the spaces are very clean. The house has an amazing view and all its amenities are very nice.

We were in love from the place at the Airbnb listing. The house and the beach are great. However, the last 9 km to get to the house is in extremely bad shape. We were not worn about this. The worst is the amount of black mosquitos that bites with no mercy even with repellent. My daughter got 100 bites in her legs The main AC unit was not working and that was the reason I rented the house. Got there on Saturday leaving on Tuesday and the earliest that can fix it was Monday. I was told the AC units was broken for about 15 day prior an that was not disclosed. Also, you shower with SALT water something that is not disclose either. If I knew I will have never rented the house. There was no fruit juice, amenity kits, flip flops or robes. I asked Adriana and she told me if was with booking of 7. She try to find another house for us but there was one like hers. I asked for a cancellation but because of the location we couldn’t move my 88 year old mom back in the road again. Paradise in hell.

The stay at Adriana's villa was a unique experience; practically enjoying the beautiful beach to ourselves was the best part of the vacation. They were always attentive to us. Although the access road to the villa was somewhat complicated, once there was nothing that wasn't worth it. It would definitely be a place we'd go back to.

We have stayed in a lot of houses in Mexico, but this is our favorite. The house is located directly at a beautiful, very private beach, great to surf and to see turtles. The house has beautiful details, is well equipped and very comfortable. The only disadvantage is the road to the house. You definitely should rent a SUV to get there. Everything else was just perfect and we will definitely come back.

Great place for a super relaxing vacation. I went with the family during Holy Week and unlike most beaches in the Riviera Nayarit, it was super quiet here. We practically enjoyed miles of beach to ourselves. The place is spectacular, and has all the necessary amenities to have an amazing time. The grill area was my favorite, I loved the waterfront barbecue afternoon. The sunsets on the beach are fantastic! It is highly recommended to arrive with everything you need in terms of groceries, since a trip for groceries is a minimum of 40 minutes because the journey from the road to the subdivision is 30 minutes, it is approximately 9-10 km of dirt road and you have to travel it slowly. Overall it is a beautiful place and highly recommended. I will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. To have such a secluded, pristine beach right at your doorstep is incredible. The estuary is beautiful and renting the kayaks for a day activity is definitely worth it. The location cannot be beat (assuming you are looking for a remote paradise). We swam across the estuary one afternoon and walked to Playa Platanitos for a great lunch on the beach. But other than that, hanging on the beach, at the pool, and playing games on the lawn filled our days. Adriana is incredibly responsive to all questions and was a wonderful and helpful host.
