Very good communication with Ilan, Germán, and Diana. The house is nice, with a large and beautiful garden, as well as a clean pool at a pleasant temperature.

Incredible experience. I'll definitely be back. Ilan was attentive at all times, as was Diana, who helped us with absolutely everything we needed. The house is truly impeccable, identical to the photos, an incredible property to enjoy with family and, above all, identical to the photos and what was promised. It's totally worth it! Thank you!

The house is very spacious, the garden is also very spacious, the house is very comfortable, the hosts are always attentive, and it's a great place to go with large groups or families to Tepoztlán, far from the chaos of downtown but very easy to reach by car. The pool and jacuzzi are a 10. We hope to return soon

The house is very nice. I just think that, because of the weather, it would be good to have slightly more efficient fans. The host (Ilan) is always available and very friendly, as is the staff who take care of the house.

Very good, large house with very enjoyable family spaces! Very nice pool. Unbeatable views of the hills! Diana's cooking is highly recommended! Ilan is very attentive and kind. Pets are allowed; we really enjoyed our stay with our dog. It's far from downtown Tepoztlán (about 15–20 minutes), but Tepoztlán is a great destination.
