- El área más grande cuenta con cuatro habitaciones distribuidas a lo largo de un amplio corredor.
- El corredor permite que la luz natural y la brisa marina circulen por toda la casa.
- El área más pequeña incluye la cocina, el área de barbacoa, el comedor, la sala y las hamacas.

La propiedad está ubicada directamente frente a la playa, lo que proporciona un acceso rápido y fácil a la arena y al mar, al tiempo que mantiene una sensación de privacidad.
Para las familias aventureras, la famosa Bocana de Barra de Santiago se encuentra a 3 kilómetros. Se puede visitar en un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas.
No se requiere un vehículo con tracción en las cuatro ruedas para llegar a la propiedad; un sedán puede acceder cómodamente.
Servicios y actividades adicionales
- Raymundo y su esposa, Silvia, realizan la limpieza diaria de los corredores de la propiedad.
- Las habitaciones y la cocina se limpian entre las 8:00 a. m. y las 12:00 p. m.
- La limpieza está incluida en la tarifa.
- Se puede contratar a un cocinero exclusivo por $30 al día. Este servicio debe coordinarse con suficiente anticipación para confirmar la disponibilidad y no incluye los ingredientes.
- Hay masajes relajantes de una hora disponibles por $35.
- Hay recorridos en lancha disponibles desde el extranjero, a 100 metros de la casa.

We, two families with 5 children, spent four wonderful nights here right on the beach. The location is perfect! The outdoor area invites you to relax, and the rooms are also sufficiently large. Janet, the cook, spoiled us with her delicious food during our stay. We enjoyed the time here to the fullest and would be happy to come back!

Excellent beach and close to the estuary! Don Raymundo even went to buy jumbo shrimp, conchas and oysters for us. Excellent stay.

We loved our stay at this location. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We took a tour of the mangroves nearby. The house is right on the beach, and it has an open layout perfect for spending time outdoors. The host was responsive and flexible. Raymundo, the caretaker, was friendly and helpful.

The property is very spacious, beautiful and ideal because of the space. There were 10 adults, 3 children and a pet, and we stayed for 3 nights and were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful and feels very private. Although upon arrival we had some problems with the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, José Roberto was very responsive to our comments and resolved the problem as soon as he could. In addition, Mr. Reymundo was very helpful at all times. Overall, a very nice stay.

This is a lovely place, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although the weather prevented us from taking full advantage of everything the property offers, the experience was still wonderful. Raymundo and his family were exceptional co-hosts—friendly, thoughtful, and always willing to help. Their kindness and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. This place was absolutely AMAZING! I absolutely loved everything about this place! Peaceful, quiet, relaxing! The view was to die for, hearing the waves at night as we were having breakfast, lunch & dinner was such a magical experience! Janet cooked for us every single day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed there Monday through Friday. She was amazing. She asked us what we wanted to eat, and she made it immediately, anything that we asked for, she made it. The beds were amazing. The AC was amazing. Everything was amazing. I totally recommend this place for families. You will not regret it!! I got to relax, lay in a hammock, swim as I pleased, go to the beach (right out front) someone cooked for us daily, amazing restaurants, close by to eat!! Janet recommended an amazing restaurant that was right on the ocean with spectacular food! I even got a massage daily!!!
