3BR Villa in Placencia

This was our first trip to Belize. Kimberly helped us with every aspect of our vacation, from shuttle services, to car rentals, dive shops, every question answered quickly. She couldn't have made it any easier for us. The housing was just as described, and very comfortable.

I can't say enough about the Villas at Cocoplum! The property is absolutely gorgeous. The condos are amazing and have everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and AC worked perfect! We couldn't have asked for anything better.

Even though it's in a gated area, all of Placencia is safe. The best way to get there is by Tropic Air and then rent golf carts. Most companies will have the golf carts waiting for you at the airport. There is no need to rent a car, unless you are going to drive to Placencia. We did rent a van and went to the Maya King Waterfalls for a day. It was perfect.

If we ever travel back to that area, we will definitely stay at Villas at Cocoplum!

The location is wonderful and the unit was the perfect size for our family of five. The beach and pier is a beautiful setting! The pool was much appreciated on hot days. Lots of accessible activities.

I am 66 and my husband is 77 and we did not know we would be on the third floor. It was very hard on us to go up and down the stairs. I would have requested a bottom floor had I known. The beach was not clean but the beaches on both sides of us were clean. The place was very nice and we had plenty of room.

We loved our stay in Placencia!

This condo is more beautiful than pictured ! It's so spacious inside with great airflow, many windows, and a large deck with a gorgeous view of the pool area and sea just beyond the palm trees. Beds are comfy, AC works well, wifi available throughout the property. Having an ice maker was a big plus!

Everything was laid back and comfortable- my kids played in the pool, threw football in the lawn, used the paddleboards, jumped off the dock, etc. and no one corrected them for being rowdy lol. (We did make sure they mellowed out when other guests nearby were just relaxing.)

The groundskeepers were out daily cleaning the pool, raking the sand, etc.

Location is somewhat remote-- FYI you can only walk to 2 resorts, but they are great! The only drawback is no groceries available without a golf cart/car/ 30 min bike ride.

The Naia resort has some of THE best food we had on our trip (especially since we're vegetarians).

Really appreciated Herbert arranging our taxi and his personal welcome.

We really loved staying at this location. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The Condo was really nice and very comfortable. Herbert was a great host. So nice to have access to bikes, kayaks, paddle boards at no extra charge.

Our stay at Cocoplum was fabulous, its even more beautiful than the pictures. and Herbert was an excellent host, very responsive and friendly, and onsite many times to help. The pool is wonderful, and my favorite was the palapa and pier with sun chairs, so relaxing right on the beautiful ocean. Direct access to an amazing beach for walks or swimming. I have a bad back but the beds were extremely comfortable, the condo is upscale and very clean with a beautiful view from the patio. The kitchen is very well stocked, had everything we needed and more. As stated in the description, there is construction on site so you need to not be surprised by some noise and workers. The location is close to Maya Beach or Placencia village, as well as grocery stores and restaurants all around so its in a great location. Our family had a blast and I'm sure we will return again, thank you Herbert

Wow, great hidden spot. Very cozy and quiet. Not too far from Placencia. Quick drive down to all the action. Very clean, very safe location.

This was our second trip to the Villas at Cocoplum, and it was great. Love the condo. Love the location. But we truly appreciated the extra efforts Herbert made to make our trip a good one.

We had a lovely stay at the Coco Plum Villa. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Herbert was super helpful, always responsive and even made it extremely easy for us to extend our stay for an extra few days. The only downside was the construction going on in a new building they are putting up on the beachfront but if you're out for the day, you won't even notice it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our toddlers enjoyed the pool and the views from the condo. We didn't want to leave! The Naia resort grounds/residences were five stars regarding visual aesthetics.

The property grounds were well kept and safe, breathtaking ocean views, and the staff had excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. Herbert was very responsive, and his team was friendly.

The only issue I had was the weak Wi-Fi signal. The wifi is shared throughout the building, which caused intermittent connections and slow speed. The owners should invest in a strong wifi extender in the condo.

We were there for vacation, so it was not that big of a deal. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! Also, please tour the property with Laurence, who runs the sales team there. You won't regret it and may end up buying a condo! Thank you all once again!

The apartment is very spacious, clean, complete, it has everything you need even more and cozy.

Very friendly and helpful host was always on top of what we needed.

Herbert was a great host. We enjoyed the condo, location and grounds. We felt like the condo could’ve been a little cleaner, but would stay there again. We used the kitchen and grill heavily which worked out well for us.
