Te damos la bienvenida a Casa Caracol, una de las casas más emblemáticas de Isla Mujeres. Diseñada y construida en la década de 1990 por el arquitecto mexicano Eduardo Ocampo, este ejemplo de arquitectura orgánica se inspiró en la fantasía de vivir dentro de un caracol. Hoy ofrece una experiencia única donde el diseño, el arte y la naturaleza coexisten, invitándote a desconectarte y disfrutar del Caribe a un ritmo más pausado.
El espacio
Casa Caracol consta de tres espacios independientes que brindan privacidad y comodidad, al tiempo que conservan el espíritu de compartir.
Casa principal
La Casa Principal está distribuida en dos niveles:
- La planta baja incluye la sala, el comedor, la cocina totalmente equipada y un medio baño.
- El segundo nivel cuenta con la recámara principal, que incluye:

- Baño privado
- Clóset
- Balcón
- Espectacular vista al mar Caribe
El Caracolito
Ubicado junto a la Casa Principal, El Caracolito es una habitación independiente con:
- Cama tamaño king
- Escritorio
- Minibar
- Clóset
- Baño con el característico diseño en espiral de la propiedad
El Shellito
En la parte posterior de la propiedad, El Shellito ofrece un refugio acogedor con:
- Cama tamaño king
- Baño privado
- Terraza
Todas las habitaciones incluyen aire acondicionado y Wi-Fi.

El corazón de la propiedad es su amplia terraza, donde puedes pasar tus días disfrutando de:

Absolutely loved it. Vanessa and her family who help with the house were so kind, and it was amazing to be in such a beautiful location. And away from port craziness, even in the heat of summer once the AC got going we kept cool. Get a golf cart and enjoy your time here

Hosted a small bachelorette here and it was truly magical. Great restaurants on foot, quick taxi to Playa Norte, plenty of space and privacy for guests. Vanessa was helpful, warm and attentive. The house itself needs to be experienced in person: incredible architecture and ambience. Importantly, there are lots of iguanas on the property and geckos got into the bedrooms through the roof... Important to know if that stuff freaks you out! Incredible trip, have already recommended it to friends. Gracias Casa Caracol!

It was amazing. The house is wonderful. We were really fascinated. It's a tourist destination, and everyone on the island knows the house. The decor is beautiful. It's very comfortable. We took some divine pictures. The pool is lovely. Highly recommended!!!

I had the most AMAZING bachelorette trip with my friends staying at the shell house. We got the most iconic photos we’ve ever taken in our lives, lol! & we had the best time here! Perfect set up for 5-6 people with everyone having plenty of room to hangout and get ready and come together for group setting too. Very walkable to super cute coffee shops and bars but also affordable taxi rides or golf cart rentals to get anywhere on island. Miss Vanessa was so friendly and greeted us at the gate, gave us the grand tour and made sure we had everything we needed and kept us stocked on filtered water. :) I am so grateful I found this place!! Mexican Mamma Mia bachelorette girls trip of my dreams!!!! 🐚🤍🥰✨🌊

The house is even better than the pictures, absolutely gorgeous! Ms Vanessa assisted us in arrival and helped us try and locate an item we lost at the taxi, can’t wait to return again someday!

Nice place. Two bedrooms with a nice view. The other one is a little hidden. There is a nice garden. Very friendly welcome. Nice and decent people. The necessary details were taken care of quickly. Thank you, Vanesa, and your mom is very nice.
