El espacio
Le damos la bienvenida a Casa Brisa + Guest Treehouse en Hacienda Nosara. Esta propiedad distintiva combina una casa principal espaciosa con un Guest Treehouse independiente y tiene capacidad para hasta 12 huéspedes, con cuatro habitaciones, cinco baños y hasta ocho camas.
Diseñada en torno al estilo de vida de Costa Rica, que integra los espacios interiores y exteriores, Casa Brisa cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con mosquitero que permite disfrutar de la brisa del océano y mantiene un ambiente cómodo durante todo el año. Chris and Jen are lovely people. However, the check-in process was rocky. The house was not ready for our group and although Chris tried his very best to get us settled and get everything tidied up before the end of the day, it was not the peaceful environment we were expecting to arrive to on the first day to unwind after a long drive. We had to check the house to ensure everything was clean and even ended up re-mopping the floors ourselves. Throughout our stay, we found other areas in the house that simply were not clean or kitchen tools that personally, I would have replaced for new ones considering the house is hosting strangers. We are a very clean group and don't think our standards are hard to meet. We can be flexible, but for the price and the cleaning fee we paid, we definitely expected more. That said, Chris and Jen are very friendly, attentive and have great recommendations.

Chris and Jen were instrumental in helping us plan our trip! They were amazing hosts who provided expert recommendations for for activities and meals. They are extremely responsive and helpful - among the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever experienced. We will return to Nosara again! It’s a beautiful location and the house is located within walking distance of a full service hotel with restaurant / bar (with amazing sunset views) and spa. I would recommend renting a car or a quad to get around, but you can also rely on tuktuks.

Having never visited Costa Rica it was overwhelming trying to narrow down what activities and restaurants to visit. Jen & Chris were SO helpful with suggestions and reservations. Chris generously took us on a waterfall hike as well. We met some really interesting and friendly people also staying on their property. It was a truly wonderful stay.

Chris and his wife Jan were excellent hosts. The house was very well equipped and roomy for our family of five. Nearby surfing Safari is excellent. Ask for Jeffrey and Alonso. The beach is walkable from a path and is private and quaint!!

Our stay was wonderful!! Chris and Jennifer were great Host. The house was very clean…Extra towels and linens. Beautiful kitchen to cook in and hang out with friends. They have a chalk board wall, which just brings out the kid in you…we found ourselves playing tic tac toe and other games on it. We truly enjoyed the coastal breeze either laying in the hammock in the living room or lounging by the pool mingling with other guest. They were extremely prompt with getting back to any questions or information we needed. Jennifer made dinner reservations for us and they were extremely thoughtful…definitely VIP seats with the most spectacular views of the sun set. They were eager to help with any accommodations; including transportation to and from airport, dinner transportation, housekeeping, where to watch the super bowl and ATV rentals! Our ATV ran out of gas and they were quick to help with filling it up with gas. The location was great. Easy access to Hotel Lagarta Lodge, which has an amazing sunset view as well! We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Chris and Jennifer for such a welcoming space to spend time with Friends and Family🥰

Chris is an excellent host and maintained fantastic communication throughout the stay. The house is beautifully designed and was a perfect escape and home base for exploring Nosara and beyond. The home, Rancho/pool area, and beautiful gardens bring to life the Costa Rican mantra of pura vida. We highly recommend a stay!
