Villa Jolanta es una propiedad privada ubicada en un terreno de 5,000 metros cuadrados con tres villas independientes. La propiedad cuenta con cinco habitaciones, vistas espectaculares de las montañas de Tepoztlán, acogedoras áreas de descanso, una piscina infinita, jacuzzis al aire libre y amplios patios.
Rodeada de exuberantes jardines y paisajes naturales, Villa Jolanta se encuentra a ocho minutos del centro de Tepoztlán y aproximadamente a 80 minutos de la Ciudad de México. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del entorno tranquilo y, al mismo tiempo, explorar los restaurantes locales y la oferta gastronómica de la zona.

El espacio
Villa Jolanta ofrece tres villas independientes con capacidad para hasta 10 huéspedes:
- Cinco habitaciones
- Cinco baños
- Piscina infinita con vistas panorámicas a las montañas
- Dos jacuzzis al aire libre
- Área común de comedor
- Exuberantes jardines exteriores
- Áreas de descanso al aire libre y terrazas para tomar el sol
- Espacios para relajarse, meditar, practicar yoga o reunirse con amigos
También hay una suite privada con jacuzzi disponible para disfrutar de una experiencia tipo spa, por un costo adicional que depende del número de usos.
La propiedad incluye un área de césped de 200 metros cuadrados para actividades y bienestar, ideal para yoga, meditación y otras actividades de bienestar. Este espacio está disponible de junio a diciembre.

Villa Jolanta es una propiedad privada. Cuando se reserva, no hay otros huéspedes en el lugar y los huéspedes tienen acceso a todas las áreas de la propiedad.

- La propiedad recibe control de plagas con regularidad. Sin embargo, Villa Jolanta está ubicada al aire libre en una montaña, por lo que los huéspedes podrían encontrar insectos o arañas.
- Se incluye una sesión diaria de calentamiento del jacuzzi sin costo adicional.
- Mantener el jacuzzi caliente durante todo el día implica un cargo adicional por gas.
- La piscina cuenta con calefacción mediante paneles solares, por lo que su temperatura varía según la cantidad de luz solar.
Actividades en Tepoztlán
Tepoztlán es conocido por sus paisajes impresionantes y su rica herencia cultural. Entre los atractivos locales se encuentran la catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Natividad, del siglo XVI, y los restos del templo de El Tepozteco, ubicados en la cima de las cercanas montañas del Tepozteco.
La zona también es reconocida por la sanación holística, el yoga, la meditación, el bienestar y la atención plena espiritual. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de actividades como:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Fabian and Azusana are lovely, warm, and particularly caring hosts. Their welcome, kindness and availability really helped make our stay even more enjoyable, not to mention the exceptional food prepared each day. The villa is beautiful, very pleasant and perfectly suited to fully enjoy the stay, in a sublime setting. A big thank you to both of you for these wonderful moments and for all your attention. We'll be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay with friends in a peaceful setting, with a magnificent view of the mountains. About a 10-minute drive to downtown, which makes it easy to visit Tepoztlan and eat. The rooms were comfortable, and everything went well overall. Just note that access to the property and certain amenities requires the intervention of on-site staff, which leaves a little less independence. A good place, however, to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Very beautiful space. Kitchen area is awesome. It is quite isolated from the town, and the hot tub is finicky. But also the isolation can be nice in that way - just plan for it ahead of time, bring all your groceries, etc - and the space is gorgeous. Will absolutely book again.

The views from the accommodation are amazing, and the concept of the accommodation is very nice. Each area of the accommodation has its own privacy and charm. Much of what was positive about the stay is due to Azucena and Fabián, since they are always attentive and provide excellent service to guests. Getting there was a bit complicated because there was construction on the road and we had to go through downtown Tepoztlán.

We had an amazing family weekend in this Villa with stunning views of the mountains. Every corner, indoor and an outdoor, is perfectly decorated with such a great taste! We hired the cook service, Azucena and Fabian excelled in the kitchen and they set a beautiful table in every meal. Kitchen is fully equipped! Fabian was very kind and always willing to help us at anytime. We understand that Mother Nature is unpredictable, it was a big storm one night and we woke up with a flood in two bedrooms and one bathroom, our bags were soaking wet when doors and windows were closed. The only one complain is that one heather/boiler is too noisy but Fabian turned it off as soon as the bathroom water was heated. Other than that, we loved the place, the staff, the service, the prompt communication with the hostess and his flexibility when plans changed. Definitely, we recommend this place!

The place has a beautiful view, just as shown in the pictures. The staff in charge of the house, Fabián and Azucena, make your stay super comfortable and safe. The lack of lights in the pool area and maintenance in the Jacuzzi should be addressed to make the experience unforgettable. In the room I stayed in, rain was leaking through the door, but Fabián helped us fix it. For those who love connecting with nature and relaxing

I loved the place; it's much nicer than what you see in the photos, but the best thing, and the reason I'll be back, is the service provided by Fabián and his wife. They make your stay better than in a 5-star hotel. Great place, you can't miss it; the sunsets are spectacular.

Quiet and peaceful place with a stunning view, perfect to relax and chill with friends. Nice individual rooms around pool and common area surrounding by nature, very helpful and friendly staff to assist and provide service if needed. Will definitely try to come back !
