Beautiful house. excellent location zero noise or any outside disturbance Definitely the best stay we've had in Mazatlan

I stayed at Mario's place for about six days, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was beautiful in an equally beautiful location. Mario was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture. We actually ended up arriving later than expected, so we didn't end up needing it, but it was appreciated nonetheless. My only suggestion would be to consider adding a self check-in system with a smart lock. Currently, someone meets guests to hand off and collect the keys. This wasn't an issue at all—they were punctual and everything went smoothly—but a self check-in option would provide guests with a bit more flexibility and privacy. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. It was a wonderful stay, and if I have the opportunity, I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The host was very accommodating. The space was beautiful and the stay was amazing thanks to the wonderful hosts. I would stay here again!

Can't speak highly enough about Mario's place and team. They were incredibly accomodating to our requests and we absolutely fell in love with this Mazatlan villa. So much outdoor space and we took advantage of every corner! Will most definitely be renting again during our next stay :)

La mejor ubicacion en Mazatlan. Cerca de la playa, Plazuela Machado, el mercado, iglesias, banco, restaurantes. etc. Llevamos nuestro perro. Muy facil de caminarlo por el Malecon. La persona que nos limpio la casa durante nuestra estancia fue muy atenta a todas nuestras necesidades. The best location in Mazatlan. Close to the beach, Plaza Machado, the local market, churches, banks, restaurants, etc. We took our dog. Very easy to take him on walks through the Malecon. The person who cleaned the place during our stay, Rachel, was very attentive to all our needs

A beautiful home, tastefully furnished in the heart of Old Mazatlan. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place and location! Everything was exactly as advertised. Host could not have been more helpful and informative. So close to many great restaurants/ the malecon / la machado/ the cathedral and the pino Suarez market.
