The Space

Relax and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while taking in the impressive panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. This fully equipped apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends. You can stroll along the sandy beach, swim in the ocean, or take a dip in the pools.

The reservation includes housekeeping service upon departure. If you prefer daily housekeeping during your stay, it is available for an additional cost of 500 MXN per day.

The apartment comes with ample towels, including bath, hand, face, and beach or pool towels. The beach towels are white and embroidered with the Residential logo and apartment number. Please take care of these towels and return them to the apartment. A fee of 450 MXN applies for each lost towel. Bath, hand, and dishwashing soaps are also provided.

Guest Access

Bali Tower offers privileged direct access to the beach. Use of palapas, beds, and chairs on the beach is included at no extra charge. Snack bar service is available both at the beach awnings and all pools, offering affordable prices. Payments are made via a consumer card issued at check-in at the Bali Tower Reception. You can load cash onto this card for purchases at the restaurant and snack bar. Any remaining balance will be refunded upon check-out.

The apartment includes two assigned parking spaces. Additional vehicles may use visitor parking spaces subject to availability, with no extra fee.

Pools and Facilities

In addition to the Bali Tower pool, guests have access to pools in other towers (C, E, F, G, H, I, J — Capri, Emerald, Fiji, Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza, and Java) at no additional cost.

Additional amenities include:

• Relaxation pool and swim lane at the Club House
• Slow river for children and adults located behind Ibiza Tower (inflatables of any size are allowed)
• Wading pools for children
• A swimming pool with fun slides behind Ibiza Tower

Electric carts are available for convenient transportation throughout the residential complex.

At the end of Java Tower, there is direct access to La Isla Shopping Mall. A bike, walking, and running track surrounds the Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza, and Java towers.

The apartment is just steps away from La Isla Shopping Center, situated in the most exclusive area of Acapulco Diamante.

Important Information

Acapulco has recently experienced significant natural disasters, including Hurricane Otis in October 2023 and Hurricane John in 2024. The local community depends heavily on tourism and consists of hardworking, kind people. Guests are kindly asked to be understanding of ongoing remodeling and visible wear in some areas of the residential complex, as well as in surrounding avenues and neighborhoods. Air Conditioning and Electricity Usage Tips

The reservation includes an electricity allowance of 400 MXN per night, equivalent to 99.2 kWh. If consumption exceeds this limit, additional charges apply at 4.00 MXN per kWh, payable at the Bali Tower lobby.

Each bedroom and the living room/kitchen area have individual air conditioning controls. To prevent damage to the condensers, please keep doors and windows closed when using the AC and avoid setting temperatures below 22°C.

The fan option on the AC controls should always be set to "Car" (auto), never "On," as the latter circulates hot air and prevents proper cooling.

During the day, it is recommended to use ceiling fans, open gates to enjoy the sea breeze, and turn off the air conditioning to save energy. Be cautious of strong air drafts that can slam doors and damage frames.

If you plan to be away for several hours at the beach or pool, please turn off the air conditioning to avoid system overload and excessive electricity consumption.

Before going to bed, remember to turn off the air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms.
