Casa Marina Azul ofrece una vista privilegiada del Océano Pacífico y la Bahía de San Juan del Sur. Es la única unidad en el quinto piso en la ciudad. Ubicada en el nivel superior, frente a la playa y en la mejor zona de este encantador, amigable y caminable pueblo.
Es un lugar tranquilo y silencioso gracias a sus ventanas de doble panel. Cuenta con cocina completa y aire acondicionado. Wi-Fi de fibra óptica ultrarrápido. Seguridad las 24 horas. Estrictamente libre de animales. Restaurantes y cafeterías están a solo unos pasos. No hay elevador. La mejor unidad en Casa Marina.

El espacio
La unidad, remodelada en 2022, se destaca por sus vistas excepcionales del puerto desde la sala, la cocina y el área de trabajo. El dormitorio tiene una agradable vista a la calle principal que corre a lo largo de la playa y a las colinas verdes (que se tornan marrones en la temporada seca).
No se permiten niños: lo sentimos, no estamos equipados para ellos. El espacio está diseñado especialmente para nómadas digitales, con la conexión de fibra óptica más rápida y confiable de la ciudad y asientos ergonómicos adecuados para personas menores de 1.83 m.
Para los viajeros, Casa Marina Azul está decorada con arte local encantador y grandes mapas de pared de Nicaragua, Centroamérica y un mapa mundial gigante. Relájese en el balcón con vista al océano mientras disfruta de hermosos atardeceres.
Edificio seguro con personal en el sitio las 24 horas. Cuenta con un generador de respaldo que se activa durante cortes de energía. Recientemente instalamos ventanas de doble panel en el dormitorio principal para minimizar el ruido de las fiestas de fin de semana; somos la única unidad en el edificio con esta característica.
El baño principal tiene bañera. El segundo dormitorio no tiene ventanas de doble panel; si alguien duerme allí, debe estar informado sobre el posible ruido y se recomienda traer tapones para los oídos.
Todas las áreas tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, sin costo adicional por electricidad. Se solicita mantener las persianas cerradas por la tarde y apagar el aire acondicionado cuando no se esté en la unidad, ya que consumen mucha energía.
Hay dos cámaras de seguridad: una en la entrada y otra en el pasillo interior cerca de la entrada.
Caminar por las escaleras diariamente y por las calles del pueblo es una excelente forma de ejercicio. Es un pueblo para caminar. Si no está en buena condición física y depende del elevador, no recomendamos reservar en este edificio, ya que no podemos garantizar la confiabilidad del elevador.
Acceso para huéspedes
No hay elevador, pero son solo 100 escalones (5 pisos), lo que representa un buen ejercicio.

We had a very positive experience staying at Scott’s Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well suited for our stay, and Scott was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, an unexpected situation came up and we needed to leave earlier than planned. Scott was extremely understanding and gracious about the circumstances and kindly refunded us for the remainder of our stay. We truly appreciated his flexibility and generosity. Scott was a wonderful host, and we would not hesitate to recommend his apartment to others. Thank you again, Scott, for your kindness and understanding!

best apartment in SJDS. very spacious, incredible location (steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants). building staff and scott were all very friendly, helpful, and communicative and made our stay so easy. would definitely stay here again

Such an amazing stay! The location is perfect. Everything in town is super walkable. Many great restaurants nearby (one of my favorites was right next door). The space is big, comfortable, and feels really homey. There’s a shuttle to the surf beaches right around the corner, which made getting around easy. Scott and his team were so helpful and gave great recommendations. I would definitely stay again!

I come to San Juan every year and have stayed at multiple BnBs. Scott’s place is at the top of the list. Excellent views, very convenient to everything, clean and comfortable facility. I stayed in his place for 7 days. Security is also excellent…monitored 24 hours/day. If you don’t mind climbing stairs (5th floor), I would highly recommend Scott’s place! I will rebook same place next year. Thank you Scott for having a lovely facility!!

Great place to stay for a month. The WiFi was very fast and worked even when the power went out. Power went out somewhat often, but this is inevitable in the area and was always back on quickly. The listing does not lie about the stairs - 5 big flights to walk up - but at the end of the day it was fine, we expected it. And those 5 flights of stairs allow you to have the best view of the bay from the balcony, especially at sunset. Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning works very well. Highly recommend!

The description and experience matched the listing perfectly. We enjoyed the water views every day, different sunsets every night, a beautiful (and workout) walk and climb to the Jesus statue, numerous great eats around town, all from this perfect home base. We will definitely be back for a long term stay. Well done!
