Se pueden organizar excursiones de pesca directamente desde la playa frente al condominio. El balcón también ofrece una vista de los fuegos artificiales de los fines de semana.
La propiedad cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, con personal amable enfocado en la seguridad de los residentes.

El complejo cuenta con un restaurante en el lugar que sirve comida deliciosa y ofrece entrega gratuita a su habitación. Está abierto exclusivamente para los residentes de las tres torres y ofrece precios muy razonables.

La cuarta habitación es la más pequeña del condominio e incluye un baño completo privado. No tiene espacio de clóset y está amueblada con un sofá cama. La habitación tiene vista a la rotonda y al jardín, con una vista parcial del río Pitillal.
Disponibilidad de las piscinas
Hay cinco piscinas en la propiedad. Actualmente, una piscina está en proceso de renovación completa y permanece cerrada. En cualquier momento, una piscina también puede no estar disponible debido a reparaciones, mantenimiento o renovación.
Los propietarios del condominio no tienen control sobre estos trabajos. Siempre habrá al menos cuatro piscinas y los jacuzzis disponibles para los huéspedes.

A beautiful condo with an amazing view. Very spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen, nicely located minutes from the Malecón, the Marina and the airport by Uber or taxi. Walking distance to restaurants and to grocery stores. If you are up to a longer walk, you can walk to Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco and the Market. The manager is friendly, respectful, informative and responsive. During our month stay, the unit had an abundance of napkins, paper towels and toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. My family enjoyed our stay and asked me to book again.

Shibani’s condo is superb, well decorated, well appointed and very comfortable for our month stay. It has everything one needs! The amazing views of the grounds, ocean and beach from the condo made our stay even more enjoyable! Thank you Shibani and your management team!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. The moment we walked into Shibani’s place, we were awestruck. The view of oceans were endless, and every morning we would sit out there, drink our coffee, and spot whales. In the evening we would enjoy the sounds of the waves. The pool area was great for daytime relaxing, with drinks from the restaurant and refreshing dips in the pools. There were so many things within walking distance, from the restaurant next door to the multiple grocery stores a short distance away. We used all four bedrooms, and were grateful that each of us had our own private bathroom. The kitchen was perfect! We would often cook our own breakfasts, and it had everything we needed. The only sad part was when we had to leave, none of us wanted to go home, we could have stayed there months and not missed home at all. Thank you Shibani for allowing to spend time in your beautiful home.

Highlight of our stay was the view from the condo, the pools & seeing whales from our balcony everyday! The restaurant had great food for a very reasonable price. We like to relax at night in the condo and play games/read and that was really tough with the music next door being super super loud. You could always hear it when you were up in the condo from about 3 pm till about 9pm. Thankfully it wasn't every night but it was 5 out of the 9 nights we stayed. On arrival 2 of the bathroom sinks had hair in them and that made us feel like the whole place probable wasn't cleaned well. They sent someone the next day to clean it after I asked them to and after asking me to send photo's of it and telling me "the condo was perfectly clean". The dishwasher didn't work and they said they would send someone to fix it and no one ever came. I guess I just expected a nicer condo for the amount we spent on it. I think it needs a deep clean and some tender loving care to feel worth the price we paid.

Lovely condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! The views are breathtaking! We watched the whales everyday right from our balcony. The kitchen is full stocked with all necessary appliances, utensils and dishes. Everything you need including a”junk drawer” was available. The filtered water for drinking is great as we made lemonade and ice tea everyday. The views from all the bedrooms really make you feel like you in paradise. The full list of amenities is perfect… we tried some of the restaurants recommended. La dolce is literally right across the street and inexpensive! Loved it! We did take a taxi to the Malecon several days to shop and for dinner…very easy to get one right out your door. We also grocery shopped at Soriana the day we checked in. Thank you for a memorable stay at your beautiful home!
