We had a great time at the property. The place is nice and, in general, everything was great. We enjoyed the stay quite a bit and had a good experience. However, there were some details that would be good to review. The refrigerator did not work properly and we had food that needed refrigeration. I reported it on Saturday and they informed me that it was going to be reported, but we didn't receive an immediate solution to preserve the food, so we were worried that our food would spoil. Also, in the room below the pool there was moisture and the air conditioning wasn't working. In addition, there was a leak in the center of the room that was a concern, since the pool is right above and could affect the ceiling. Finally, the bathroom in the last room on the left sometimes had problems draining properly. Despite these inconveniences, we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. These are important details to mention.

The property is beautiful, it met all our expectations. we were able to communicate with the butler easily, and he was very friendly and diligent with what we needed. Totally recommended, and we will definitely be back ☺️

It was a good stay, there are plenty of beds to accommodate, the view is pretty good. Maybe improve the road inside the reservation, as it is in poor condition.

Very beautiful, spacious place, ideal for a good rest. The access road is in very poor condition, a small car is not ideal for going up to the place. Some kitchen utensils need to be replaced, and the appliances need maintenance, since it's a place with such a hot climate, the refrigerators must work optimally.
