Holidays

Holidays are special times, but please carefully check your dates before booking. When reserving for holiday periods, select only one of the specified options below. If your dates differ, contact a reservation agent to explore accommodation possibilities.

Holiday dates for 2025 and 2026:

• Thanksgiving: November 23 to November 30 (2025 and 2026)
• Easter Week 2026: March 29 to April 4

Christmas and New Year

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.

Music Festivals

Contact us prior to booking during music festival dates, as restrictions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy and are non-refundable.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full access to the beach club is available at $5 per day, per person. Children under 10 enter free.
• The beach club closes for two weeks in October; exact dates vary annually.
