Lucianos and Juanita were great hosts, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is about a kilometer from the beach, which for us was no inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay very much, we had a very nice experience and we certainly hope to return another time.

This was the perfect crash pad for us! You must be comfortable being in a local neighborhood setting but everyone and everything was wonderful. No addresses in CR so map is slightly off but it’s an extremely easy walk to town and very quiet at night.

Luciano is not friendly. The appliances don't heat up well, very slow. There were no check-out instructions. He made us leave at 11:00 without asking anything. We asked for until 12:00 and he said no, I had written to him early to tell me the time and he did not respond. We used the pool for 1 hour at 4pm; and at that time it decided to filter, plus it smelled excessively of chlorine

Itz a nice place to stay with Netflix, your own kitchen, outdoor table and a good air conditioner. Its about 15 mins walk to the beach. They have 5 rooms there i think. Nice older couple. Missing few small things but overall a nice place.

Perfect stay!! We stayed for three nights as a family of three with a toddler. This was the cleanest Air bnb we stayed in in Costa Rica. Perfectly equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, air conditioning, mosquito nets in front of all doors and windows, sparkling clean bathroom with great shower. In the yard a wonderful pool to refresh. Right in the middle, to the beach and town center 15 minutes walk and yet nice and quiet at night. The hosts so kindly !You felt welcome and lovingly welcomed at all times. So warm and great! Upon request, even our young daughter's clothes were washed! Thank you for everything! Would we stay longer in the region we would have extended our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luciano's...it was clean & tidy, & the pool was a welcome refreshing"oasis". The garden had trees, plants & birdlife. The room was modern and tastefully done, good A/C & a fan, with a decent bathroom/shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, small electric hob, large fridge-freezer; no blender though. The property felt safe & friendly, & Luciano collected us off shuttle bus. When we booked, we thought the property was close to Samara town centre & the beach, and that's why we chose it, but it was nearly a kilometre to walk to the town...but we got used to the walk. The WiFi connection was good once a WiFi repeater was installed. We were a bit put out by the building work sounds near our room, and behind the property. Luciano was helpful and asked his builders to defer work for a few days whilst we were there. A lovely place to stay, and will be especially pleasant when the building work is completed. I recommend this place and would return again.
