The Space
Enjoy a peaceful and centrally located accommodation just a few minutes' walk from the bay of San Juan del Sur. The apartment is conveniently close to several beaches, including Maderas, Marseille, Nacascolo, and more. This comfortable and relaxing space offers easy access to any beach or activity you plan to enjoy.
Guest Access
Residents have exclusive use of the pool area, perfect for a day of relaxation. Assigned parking is available at the back of Building B, Apartment 14.
Regulations and Additional Information
- Maximum occupancy: 4 people. An extra charge of $25 per person per night applies for additional guests.
- Electricity allowance: 20 kWh per day included. Additional usage is charged at $0.50 per kWh.
- Hanging wet clothes on the balcony glass is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Noise and music levels must be kept low after 10:00 PM.
For stays longer than 15 days, an extra fee for water and electricity will be applied based on actual consumption. This charge is calculated fairly and transparently to promote a sustainable experience for all residents.

This apartment was so cute - modern, clean, updated. The pool was excellent and quiet. The hillside was peaceful. The yoga in the complex was awesome - highly recommend. The pizza in the complex was convenient. It was a nice place to stay but not easy to get down to the main town for us (I was traveling with my 64 year old mother - I think it would be walkable for younger people but it’s still a bit of a walk). We had a car for the first day until we had to return it which made it great for us. Easy drive to the grocery store (Ahora Más) or down to the main town (I recommend Indio Sur for coffee and Pan Frances for fresh baked treats - the Viennese buns were excellent in the morning). All in this was a great little holiday apartment. The host was super friendly and responsive too!

Me encantó el lugar, más bien me hubiera gustado poder aprovecharlo más tiempo! La ubicación excelente y se ve un lugar seguro, solamente que es mejor llegar en vehículo 🙌🏼
