Thank you. The place is amazing. It's very clean. Expectations are high, but when you arrive, the photos don't do it justice. The place is amazing. Everything is spectacular. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. My kids had an amazing time! Everything is very close to the beach and the restaurant promenade.

Great stay. Have stayed with Terri many times over the years in Zicatela and will continue to do so. Her team and Marcela go above and beyond.

My family and I had a really enjoyable time. It’s a large and beautiful home with four nice sized bedrooms, each with AC and their own bathroom, a pool, a pretty garden, and wonderful views of the ocean, especially from the third floor. It’s a fairly easy walk to Zicatela Beach and there’s a small store nearby as well for basic needs. The staff there - Terri, Marcela, Israel, and Lupita - were all very kind and helpful.

Huge place with a breathtaking view of the sunset, very close to the beach, very clean and well maintained, super comfortable beds and very well equipped inside and outside. We enjoyed the terraces, grounds and pool the most. We felt like at home. We were there by car, so we had no problems with mobility and were also able to explore other beaches where swimming was possible. We can recommend this house 100%.

Everyone in our family loved the house! The view of the ocean was amazing, breathtaking, the beach was not for swimming only for surfing so it was very quiet and peaceful, so close to the house 5 minutes walk as well as the restaurants and shops. You do need a car if you want to explore the near by towns with swimmable beaches but also tons of people there (holiday season) It’s safe to leave your car parked on the street in front of the house. The house was very clean and had all the essentials, our stayed was short so we didn’t use the house to its full potential. It was hot and the a/c units in every room were very helpful! Also all the bathrooms had filtered water to brush your teeth. Btw the house has a lot of stairs right from the entrance, the kitchen and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor the roof terrace for beautiful sunsets! The house decor was super cute and I personally loved the white bedcovers which btw you can buy them near the Oxxo on the main road! Great 🏝️ Hou

The house is absolutely beautiful the location is perfect one and a half blocks from the beach two blocks from all the restaurants you have access to all the restaurants but you don’t have the street noise. The view is absolutely stunning. Best Airbnb we’ve ever rented
