Casa Iguana Morada está ubicada en la colina con vista a Playa San Juan Del Sur. A solo diez minutos caminando, estarás inmerso en el animado pueblo lleno de restaurantes, bares, mercados y la hermosa playa.
Los tres niveles de la casa ofrecen impresionantes vistas al océano, atardeceres y al Cristo de La Misericordia (estatua de Jesús). Está cerca del pueblo, pero mantiene un ambiente tranquilo y pacífico entre el bosque.
Refrescate en la amplia piscina compartida apta para familias, y en una hermosa piscina para nadar con vistas impresionantes.
La casa
Casa Iguana Morada se encuentra en la comunidad cerrada Pelican Eyes, en la cima de la colina al borde del pueblo. Está equipada con energía solar para una experiencia ecológica (el aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones funciona con energía de la red, por lo que es importante ser consciente del consumo).
- La habitación principal con cama King size está en el nivel inferior, con un amplio baño principal, ducha con agua caliente, mucho espacio en el clóset y una entrada privada.
- La segunda habitación con dos camas Queen está en el piso intermedio, también con baño privado, un gran clóset y un balcón con vista.
- La cocina, comedor y sala están ubicados en el nivel superior, junto con un tercer baño, un gran balcón con asientos adecuados y una vista impresionante.
¡Realmente el mejor lugar para disfrutar los atardeceres!

This was my first visit to San Juan del Sur and I loved my experience! Rakel is extremely responsive and helpful. Not only is the home beautiful, but the ocean/sunset view is 100% worth it! Obviously it’s at the top of the hill so the walk back up at the end of the night is an experience but the fact that it’s walkable into the town, if that’s your thing, it’s amazing. We loved Sabores de mi Patio for dinner and Tuani’s Restó Bar for lunch. Driveable to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to- Playa Hermosa. We loved our stay and our visit to San Juan del Sur!

Beautiful view from the house had everything we needed and was extremely close to everywhere we wanted to go! The pools were amazing and felt amazing loved the stay would definitely come back.

We’ve toured over five cities and stayed at five separate homes during our trip. This was our favorite location. The views are incredible, it’s so peaceful and quiet. We felt safe and secure at this location. I recommend Rakel and her place to everyone visiting Nicaragua, this will make you come back and leave a memorable vacation for your family.
