We had a good stay here for my bachelorette! The location was not the best, but they were very communicative with me which is great as my first time there!

We had great communication with the host and the house was really nice. The area is nice, quiet, and central on the island. We had some issues with water supply, and while the host was very responsive in trying to solve it, we never had full access to bathrooms or showers. While I understand an island has limited water supply, this would have been nice to know about beforehand considering there were 10 of us trying to shower and use the bathroom. I would still recommend staying here, but encourage the hosts to be more communicative beforehand about any issues with water supply.

Booked our stay about 6 months ago and the communication was fabulous from start to finish. Very responsive, polite and willing to accommodate our large group of 11 at the home, for excursions, golf carts, and shuttle services. Clean pool, bathrooms and living areas. The hot tubs didn’t work, but I’m not sure they would’ve been used anyways with how hot it is there! We had a blast and are incredibly thankful for the hosts kindness to us and taking care of us!

The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. More importantly they were proactive in assisting us with things to do, how to get there and assisting us with third party excursions. The house is beautiful and unique.

Highly recommend for a large group stay. Tucked away in a nice spot in Isla, but not too far from supermarkets, restaurants and beach. Pool is a life saver in the heat!

We booked this house for our first stay in Isla and it was perfect!!!! The house was adorable, clean and unique. It’s towards the south end of the island, so we were a bit away from “all the things”, but we ended up loving that because the north end was always so crowded and busy. It was a quick golf cart ride to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were extremely responsive and we didn’t have to do a single thing at checkout!! The only minor complaint is that there was no pack and play available for a baby, so we had to let him sleep with us. Definitely recommend!

Our party of 13 enjoyed the stay. This place has everything, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great location with restaurants and stores within walking distance, and overall a beautiful place. Will recommend to friends and family.

Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island so we mostly stayed outside the airbnb. One nice perk through the host is coordinated amenities. We utilized 2 chef-catered dinners & rented a golf cart. The chef cooked delicious and a ton of food, and left the kitchen spotless! The golf cart was conveniently delivered & picked up directly to us. The bnb itself did have a few hiccups, though. The hosts were very quick to apologize, to come to the bnb, and to attempt to fix the issues. If you are the kind of guest who adores an outdoor shower and yearns for a “jungle” nature-inspired experience while in Isla, then this airbnb is for you! About 85-90% of the bathrooms are fully outdoors (and therefore are w/o indoor AC). Additionally you will have to walk outside and up a set of outdoor stairs to access 3 of the rooms so do keep that in mind. Ultimately, the hosts even offered for our group to stay on another trip at a different property for 2 nights for free given the difficulties we encountered.
