Overall we were satisfied with the place. The apartment was very clean and as described in the listing. However, we had a few questions and a towel was missing and while the hosts eventually responded it took very long (the first response was obtained only several days after asking the first question). While the pool on the balcony and rooftop were clean, the spa which is outside of the building, is very worn down, the pools were not clean and the steam sauna and sauna are not working anymore.

We were very satisfied with everything in ChenLuum, cleanliness, access, location and security. They described it as it was, only a TV did not work and when I requested communication with the host, I immediately received it, I highly recommend it and would return again. Thank you

Very well located, spacious and modern accommodation, we are generally satisfied with our stay. The only small downside was that the jacuzzi was dirty when we arrived and it was missing a few items like towels and shower gel.

We stayed at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment during a trip to Tulum with my fiancé and parents, and it was a fantastic experience. The space was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable — perfect for a group. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus for privacy and convenience. The location was also great — centrally located and close to everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and accommodating, especially during a small emergency we had, which made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tulum!

Loved the space. Really great having a full bathroom per bedroom, makes it easier to be on the go quickly between outings. The rooftop pool was really nice and usually we had it all to ourselves. Community was nice and quiet at night. Some window locks and sliding balcony door lock were broken. We did inform the host. Luckily we brought portable travel locks with us and set these up. Host was very responsive and provided excellent guidance when we had questions. We were able to check in early. Would definitely stay again. Enjoyed it very much!
