sinceramente el lugar es muy bonito y agradable uno de los guardas fue super amables de hecho mejor que todo el personal... si a la habitación le hace falta un tele , fuera de eso super genial.

Ufff un lugar hermoso maravilloso me encantó nos encantó fue un grupo grande de familia que llegamos. muy buena comunicación me respondieron inmediatamente el lugar bello bello lo recomiendo y iría de nuevo la piscina la vista del mirador fue lo que más me encantó no tengo palabras y la cabaña bellísima linda me encantó muchísimo el aire acondicionado sus muebles en fin todo todo muy encantada. Se los recomiendo a ojos cerrados. Y la señora Luisa muy amable y educada.

Excelente servicio al cliente, atención impecable, el lugar es hermoso, privado y con exclentes vistas. Fuimos un grupo de 13 personas y quedamos realmente satisfechos con la experiencia, esperamos volver pronto.

The view from this accommodation is amazing! You can see the entire lake as well as the Vulcano Masaya. The area is very spacious and there's a lot of nice areas to hang out in. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And we took a little walk through Nindirí, which is a very cute little town with a cool dinosaur theme park. Would definitely recommend!

Le personnel de l’hôtel était très courtois et sympathique. La vue sur le volcan Masaya était magnifique. La chambre était simple, mais les draps étaient propres et les lits étaient confortable. Lors de notre séjour, le restaurant était fermé en soirée, l’un des employés nous a proposé d’aller nous chercher un repas dans un restaurant près de l’hôtel ce qui fut très apprécié par ma famille et moi.

el Hotel tiene un mirador con vista hacia el volcán Masaya fantástica, con solo estar en el mirador y apreciar la ladera del volcán vale la pena el lugar. Éramos un grupo de 15 personas nos ubicaron en cuartos direntes tal y como lo habíamos solicitado, la piscina estaba limpia y el desayuno nos la sirvieron en el mirador. Lo recomiendo al 100% El unico detalle es que no había Shampoo en el baño, pero si suficientes toallas limpias y el lugar super limpio y buen aire acondicionado
