Located within Playacar, a gated community near the beach and 5th Avenue, the villa boasts a private pool, gym, squash court, barbecue area, and SONOS/Bose sound system.
Rates are based on three bedrooms accommodating six guests. Additional guests are charged $100 USD per person per night. Complimentary airport transfers are provided for stays of four nights or longer.
From arrival to departure, you will enjoy attentive service in this Beverly Hills-style home. Begin your day with a squash game, workout, or a walk along Playacar Beach. Spend your afternoon visiting the Mayan Ruins of Tulum, then return for an outdoor dinner. Later, unwind with a drink from the fully stocked honor bar and relax by the pool under the moonlight.

By far one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at. Really and truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The property itself is a piece of art (the pictures do not do it justice), the communication and concierge went above and beyond to make our stay feel special and put us at ease. We have to give a special shoutout to Eduardo and Vica for making everything so seamless throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and would 100% return. Thank you for making it such a delightful trip.

BOOK THIS PLACE YOU WILL LOVE IT! We have only wonderful things to say about Villa Aqua and the entire experience. From the home to the amenities to the incredible staff - Vica, Bernardo, Eduardo made this an experience of a lifetime. Only caveat is you will not want to leave!

We had an amazing stay here! Luisa was fantastic with communication! We spent a full week at the house with our family and couldn’t have been happier. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The amenities were fantastic and really enhanced our experience. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed every part of our stay. (If there is one thing I can point out it’s that the stairs between floors can be a little difficult for small children)We’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Villa Aqua was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning, spotless, and every detail was beautifully arranged. The team made us feel completely at home — Luisa and Vica were so kind and attentive, Chef Bernardo’s meals were unforgettable, and Jorge went above and beyond to take care of us every day. We celebrated a birthday here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making it so special — we’re already dreaming of coming back!

The villa is exceptional. The services offered by all the house staff made this stay a memorable moment. The chef was very careful to prepare meals worthy of a palace. Vica the housekeeper fulfilled our every wish. Special mention for Edouardo the bartender who concocted delicious cocktails for us. Thank you to Luisa for the impeccable service and recommendations.

While our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, there are a few areas where minor improvements could enhance the overall guest experience. Due to the age of certain parts of the property, the addition of a dehumidifier would greatly improve air quality, particularly in areas where a damp odor was noticeable—an issue common in older or less-ventilated homes. It would also be helpful to have a QR code for easier access coordination. We experienced a brief delay at the security gate while our taxi waited; however, access was granted within 10 minutes once identification documents were submitted. Although a designated taxi service was provided for the property, the driver was generally unavailable during our stay, so we opted to use a local transportation app to accommodate our group of four. Despite these minor issues, all staff members were exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful. This is clearly a well-managed property that delivers top-tier service and hospitality.

We had the most amazing time ever! The villa is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly clean, private, and stunningly designed. Best of all is the service and staff. Luisa the concierge went out of her way to schedule everything for us and make sure our stay was exceptional. Bernardo the chef is a truly skilled chef, from delicious breakfasts and lunches to the amazing upscale dinner, we were so pleased. Eduardo the butler provided the most dedicated service in whatever we requested. In general, the entire team was exceptionally dedicated and focused on providing us with the ultimate vacation. I would highly recommend staying in this villa if you are looking for a tranquil luxurious experience in Playa Del Carmen. We hope to come again soon!
