El espacio

Las habitaciones están distribuidas en cabañas o villas, con dos habitaciones en cada unidad y entradas completamente independientes. Esta distribución permite que las personas o parejas disfruten de privacidad y, al mismo tiempo, compartan cómodamente las áreas comunes cuando lo deseen.

Información importante
Puerto es una ciudad pequeña que aún está en desarrollo, por lo que ocasionalmente pueden ocurrir cortes temporales de electricidad. Si esto sucede, les pedimos paciencia, ya que el servicio normalmente se restablece en un plazo de 10 a 15 minutos. Si la electricidad no regresa, avisen a su anfitrión para que podamos darle seguimiento.
La propiedad está ubicada en una zona tropical. Fumigamos regularmente para ayudar a mantener el espacio libre de insectos, pero ocasionalmente podrían ver algún insecto pequeño o animal. Comuníquense con nosotros si necesitan orientación o asistencia.
Si algo en la casa no funciona correctamente, como el refrigerador, el aire acondicionado o los ventiladores, avísennos lo antes posible. Queremos que tengan una estadía cómoda y atenderemos cualquier inconveniente con la mayor rapidez posible.

Después de las 11:00 p. m., no se permite el ruido ni la música que puedan molestar a los vecinos. Esta regla ha sido establecida por las autoridades locales. El incumplimiento puede resultar en multas, por lo que agradecemos su comprensión y cooperación para mantener un ambiente tranquilo.
Clima y condiciones meteorológicas
La temporada lluviosa va de junio a septiembre. No llueve todos los días y, por lo general, las lluvias ocurren por la noche o temprano en la mañana. Ocasionalmente pueden ocurrir tormentas o huracanes. Todas las habitaciones están protegidas, lo que les permite permanecer cómodos en el interior durante el clima lluvioso.
Debido al clima tropical y a las temperaturas cálidas durante todo el año, con un promedio aproximado de 30 °C (86 °F), las camas están preparadas únicamente con sábanas. En ocasiones, las primeras horas de la mañana pueden sentirse un poco frescas. Si esto sucede, sugerimos apagar o ajustar el aire acondicionado, o usar el ventilador.

Beautiful Airbnb, just as shown in the pictures! The place was very nice and we really appreciated the daily cleaning service. The host was also responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We did have a couple of minor issues with the water during our stay, but the host was quick to help resolve them. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no parking inside the property, so parking is outside on the street. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the property!

We loved Casa Mochila. All the rooms are very nice and clean. It's walking distance to everything. The host answered us in a super friendly manner, was attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions we had. I would happily return to Casa Mochila

Everything was amazing! Monse was always attentive to us, and if we had any issues, she would rush to resolve them as soon as possible. They were always going to clean the house for us so that we could just enjoy ourselves. If you have the chance to hire Sonia to cook for you, don't miss it. She cooks deliciously!! The house is very large and has a lot of vegetation, so sometimes some insects can come out, but nothing out of the ordinary! Thank you for giving us the best stay in Puerto Escondido. I would definitely come back.

An excellent stay! The accommodation is as shown in the photos, and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioners cool incredibly well, which made the stay very comfortable. We especially want to highlight the host's service, who was super flexible and understanding with our check-in and check-out times. In addition, the cleaning staff was extremely friendly, attentive and honest, and the transportation recommendations they gave us were a 10. It was a great experience and we definitely highly recommend it!

Pretty nice and relaxing place for a vacation, it looks like the pictures, it is a pretty good location from the downtown and everything is nearby. I loved and enjoyed staying here, didn’t want to leave. Although bugs would appear in the bedrooms overnight.

We went on a family trip to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday... the goal was to have fun and relax and we accomplished that... the recommendations we received were amazing... there is construction in the neighborhood but honestly it didn't bother us... we spent a lot of time at the Airbnb and loved it
